The room was hot and a bit pricey for what it was

Place is a total scam the man working there is evil and enjoys the discomfort of the guest, bed begs

So hot in the room. The AC is blocked by the owner. If you open the window, too much noise. Sinks are almost clogged, the water drains gradually. No soap or washing gel to wash your hands. No attaches to hang your stuff or towels. No wardrobe/closet. The chair is broken, I was almost fell on the floor. Mosquitos at night were so annoying, there was no even a vape to avoid them. I don't recommend this place!

Amazing location in the heart of Nice! Also near tram service to get by the beach, old town, and further north. Wonderful spot for a perfect stay. N/A

Never experienced something like this in all my years of traveling

I am more than happy with my stay. It's convenient location, comfortable mattress, balcony. Everything is pretty basic but for this price is good. Clean room, walls was recently repainted and fresh. Building is very old itself so you can feel the smell of the sewage in the bathroom.

I was a bit afraid because of the many bad reviews but it wasn't that bad for me at all. The room was small but had everything you need including a balcony and comfortable shower and it was clean. There also is a clean kitchen to prepare some dishes. Unfortunately they have a very late check in time but luckily it is possible to leave your bags at the reception.

Location Staff is not nice. Old. Bathroom barn door was stuck and was very difficult to open and close. One person couldn’t open and close the bathroom door.

Cannot attach videos!! Room not the one advertised!!! Our room was supposed to have a balcony and be on the ither side of the hotel!! Lots of dust in the room when first entering and in the comming days, Iam alergic and i got sixk had to be cough syrop!! Mold on windows and woden blinders were awfully rusted molded eaten away Ac downsrairs broken it made loud noises throught the night for three nights in a row Table on the room was broken, you neee to balnce all the things you out otherwise it will tip over Hotel smelled so bad, like food hospital!! Horrible smell in the floors common areas

At day three and old man came as the receptionist and he was rude, aggressive, angry. He criticized us with out lessening to us and he shouted on my wife when she asked him to come and off the AC. In this hotel you should go to reception to ask for AC remote and you should bring it back immediately. Even this was not annoying but that man was shouting and talking to us like a guilty person why we ask to turn it on and he didn't give the remote and came himself to turn it on and when we wanted to go out my wife went to ask him to come and turn it off to save the energy but he shouted on her and came angry to the room and start talking to me loudly that why I we ask to reduce the temperature and it is ok I told him this not what we ask we just want to turn it off. Then he did it and left with out apologizing to my wife at least. We paid for that place and we are the customers and guests and no one can shout. Even all other personnel there were kind but this angry man made our experience with this hotel awful

Building is really old and not maintained at all, non-smoking room is smell with cigarete from other rooms, especially at night! The only elevator is marked as "Broken" just to be used by staff! ( Should offer for luggages only). No luggage hold area. Worst experiences. Don't book it!!!

I don't recommend to any one I didn't like everything Elevator not working, bathroom not clean There's no place to sit Bed are not conformable Windows are broken It's the worst night I had in my life
