Great location, very kind and welcoming staff, ready to help even without asking for it, very personalized approach to the client…breakfast is really fresh and of good quality, croissants, home made cake, bread, all was yummy…it was beyond my expectations…thank you None

Great location and very friendly staff. Hotel facilities are very old and rooms are very small. Breakfast is just very bad, no reason to have it at the hotel with the sorounding cafés at seconds walking distance. No elevators between 4th and 5th floors. Very limited parking space.

Lovely all around

Minutes from tram line#1, shopping, and restaurants. Old Town is a few stops on the tram. Breakfast is very good. Elevator is small and slow.

Great location. Grocery store right across the street. Good breakfast. Great staff. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds. USB phone chargers. If you have large luggage for 2 people it's interesting with unpacking. No plug for curling irons etc in the bathroom but plugs in the bedroom by the desk.

The hotel is in a central location on the main shopping street. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful Facilities are somewhat worn out and the breakfast could have been better. Only one elevator to serve the hotel, so wait times can be large.

The location is wonderful. It’s in the heart of Nice and a short walk from the train station. The staff, especially Anna, were attentive and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

It is managed as a family: everyone participates to give guests the best! From counter staff, room service people, breakfast and kitchen staff and finally direction team always present and helping each other… .

The rooms were a little small, the noise from the Main Street was incredibly loud.

front desk staff are very friendly the facilities are horrible, the rooms are horrible, very old, not worth the value, its not very clean, its too basic for a well known hotel you expected abit more. its like an old apartment someone is living in it. You can hear everything from outside the room
