Staff were helpful and accommodating. Loved the dog. Great location to get on trams easily. Wifi actually works. Air conditioning might be a little under what an American expected but it did the job.

Very clean room very near at the beach you can even walk to get there During the days i was there it was very hot and the AC wasnt that strong , its fan was weak and i didnt feel comfortable but anyways i was able te sleep well at night

I enjoyed a lot the fact this hotel gets all the important things right: it is exceptionally clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is perfect with the right water pressure and temperature, there is a valuables safe, the rooms are modern and visibly recently renovated and there is what you need extra available (in our case we asked for an iron). The hotel location is perfect close to the main station Nice Ville and we did many day trips during our 5 nights stay (Villefranche sur mer, Cannes, Saint Tropez, Monaco). They have a lovely dog that liked us to the point he waited for us by our door. Not applicable

The room we stayed in was very tiny, but that wasn't a problem at all since most of the time we were out and about exploring.

they had a hotel dog. And the staff was very friendly every time you would come in and out of the hotel. there was a sign on the door that said there must be no stains on the towels when you leave otherwise you will be charged. Which isn’t terrible but what if it is make up stains.

It doesnt not look like on the pictures ,its very old and bad smelling inside ‘hotel’. Some staff is very friendly but some of them doesnt speak english and its really hard bcs we had problems with room. Overall for that money you can sleep 2-3 nights :)

The location I don’t recommend at all this hotel. I spent the first night freezing as the AC was off, no reception staff after 9pm, so help yourself. The worst thing there was no shampoo, nor bathroom gel for your hygiene only cheap hand soap liquid

The price is very affordable. Basic room and shower. And it’s a good location We had a balcony attached to our room. Tiny apartment room with a tiny bathroom. You would just fit two suitcases. (Don’t bring butterfly opening suitcases. It wouldn’t fit) Using the shower gets all of the floor wet. No elevator so be mindful if you have a heavy suitcase. We were on the third floor.
