Best Western Plus Hotel Brice Garden

Lokasyon iyiydi yürüyerek birçok yere ulaşımı kolay. Bahçesi keyifli. Kapının önünde otopark için yer bulmak mümkün oluyor. Otoparka aracınızı koymanıza gerek yok. Odalar çok küçük, banyoda hiçbir eşyayı koyacak yer yok. Odada kahve makinası yok. Personel ilk geldiğimizde kapıda hiç yardımcı olmadı tek başıma 2 büyük valizi merdivenlerden taşıdım. Bize otoparka araç koymamız gerektiği söylendi ancak yol kenarında da yer bulmak çok kolaydı yanlış bir yönlendirme olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially in this heat (we received bottled water on the way out). Clean rooms with air conditioning, top location right downtown. Parking on the opposite side of the street.

Very very very small rooms not as advertised. Broken bathroom, dirty room, many things were broken and not cleaned properly. The room was not as pictured, so small I couldn’t even open 1 suitcase Staff wasn’t helpful at all, the room isn’t as advertised and it’s not clean or up to standards

The room and furniture felt out-dated for a 4 star hotel. The floor was a bit dirty (hair) and the fridge door had a problem. Everything else was good.

I wasn’t satisfied with the hotel. I booked three rooms: one had a view of what looked like a paper dump covered in bird droppings, and the other two faced a wall (our rooms were 102, 115 and 202). If you stay there, ask for anothe rooms. Proper toiletries were only provided in one room, and none of the rooms had slippers. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they immediately brought me an extra blanket when I felt cold. Breakfast was fine. Maybe my impression would’ve been better if at least one room had been decent, but as it is, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The garden was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was wonderful! The room was a bit small and the walls were paper thin!

The Prestige Room was for 4 people and it has a large double bed and two single beds. However the layout is that there is a step down to the two single beds and hence very little room left to move around the room. We got a corner room facing the street and it was quite noisy at night with loud cars and people yelling. The sound proofing is bad and you can hear the next room and stomping footsteps from upstairs. The WiFi in the room is totally unusable even after we asked them to reboot the router, basically the signal doesn’t get into the corner room at all while the hallway outside has decent signal. Bathroom and bedsheets were not clean, the aircon also has a lot of dust and when we turned it on all the dust came onto the bed. Would not recommend. Location is so-so, it is 15 min walk to the train station and 15 min walk to the beach. Better to choose a hotel either close to the beach or the station depending on your plans.

The staff were amazing and the room was great. Perfect for a quick trip. It's a little dated.

Very well located; 2 blocks from <la promenade des Anglais>. Charming garden at the entrance. Quiet area. Excellent and very helpful staff at the front desk. Nice clean room with comfortable twin beds. Electric window closing blinds. Coffee and cake available in the lobby after 14.00 hr. Coffee maker not functioning well. Bad shower design regarding the use of the shower head.

Just The location Firstly, The hotel that is 4 stars is not even 2 stars. They were fixing The internet, it happens, but The hotel was a mess, at The room, no soap, The air conditioned cannot be controled, The países don t work, The smells us disgusting...a real stress.the manager was kind offering The breakfast for free, but it was a horrible experience. We ve Just came for another hotel 4 stars, that was amazing and we quickly móved tô Beau Rivage Hotel, that is a real hotel. Sorry, but pay almost 300 euros for this hotel is terrible. Nothing was good. They have tô close and refurbish it.

everything about this hotel was wonderful .... the staff, the room, the location. It was recommended to us by a family member who has stayed there numerous times ... we will be doing the same for anyone we know coming to Nice. This will be our "go to" spot whenever we return. Thank you for making our experience a wonderful one.
