Hotel Busby

I loved that the room was spacious - three big beds in a triple room, a desk, a big TV. There was also a mini fridge, AC which was absolutely needed in those extra hot summer days. I had requested an invoice beforehand and the whole process was run smoothly and the front desk staff answered all my questions and did a great job. Another perk of this hotel is its location - close to the Old Nice, close to tram and bus stops. Something else I really like was that there is a Luggage room which is spacious and relatively secure - doesn't lock I think but it's right in front of reception. We had no problem leaving our bags to continue exploring the city before checking in. The aesthetics of the room... could have been better. Nothing matched with anything. The hotel is in an older building, inside the room you see paintings and some modern prints. I counted over 4 different nuances of wood. Yeah it's a small disadvantage but really catches the eye. Another thing we didn't really enjoy was the fact that once you shower in the bathtub, the whole bathroom gets wet and in our case even some water spilled to the front door. This is a frequent issue in many hotels but here specifically. Although it is nothing a few towels can't fix.

La ubicacion, todo a pocas cuadras tanto la playa como la estacion de tren. Las habitaciones grandes de epoca pero bien mantenidas y limpias sobre todo. Desayuno completo.

The hotel has an excellent location and I had a great experience. Nothing.

The hotel is located on a quiet street between the Boulevard des Anglais and the train station. The room was spacious & had a large window overlooking the private garden at the back of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. The room is very old and needs to be refurbished. It did not look anything like the photos! There was no air conditioning & no fan, which made the heat difficult to bear. The bathroom was very old-fashioned as well. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced.

Exceptionally clean and good location. Hotel staff was lovely and accommodating. Room was pretty small - but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The location was perfect for me, close to the beach and close to many cafes, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. My room was spacious with pretty views of the city and still quiet at night. Nothing

The bathroom’s

I stayed only two nights. Overall was ok for a 3 star hotel. The location was very good. Room was cleaned everyday. I booked a taxi for the airport from the hotel staff. I dont recomand it. The driver came 15 min late, charged me 45 euros for 6km and pretened not to have change. He said the company price but he was private because there was no taxi sign.

Wonderful location only 3 blocks from beach. 10 minute walk to Historic area with many restaurants to choose from with pedestrians only in that area. Castle Hill is a must visit spot with amazing views over the city and beach. A trip to Monte Carlo and Eze was also worth it. Excellent breakfast room and lovely having a balcony overlooking the street. Had a lift too! Comfy bed and good sized room. Loved it ?

Not staying longer

Minor thing broken toilet door knob, the hotel is quite old, I think

As soon as the room was available, I was able to get the key ( a couple of hours before check in)

Very clean, perfect location, good value

Heater was broken. And the walls were thin, could hear neighboring rooms making phone calls midnight, which was terrible.
