On the day of our departure from Nice, we discovered 4,400 euros missing from the locked safe in our room. We immediately contacted reception. Their reaction was clear, they weren't surprised and had no intention of taking any action. Initially, they even refused to accept a written complaint about the incident. Then, after our persistent requests, they finally did so. Two days have passed, and the hotel still has not responded. This is despite the fact that the safe is a modern model that records all logs, including when and how it was opened (using your own code or the master key). There were only two rooms in that part of the hallway, and it wouldn't have been difficult to track who entered using the security cameras. We hope that Boscolo Nice Hotel & Spa will make an effort and inform us of the results of their investigation.

The rooms are old and showers don’t have doors and only curtains

Room and Bed excellent as well as central location Breakfast was too expensive to eat in hotel so we went locally for a fraction of the [price.

The door man insulted us at checkout although we had to carry our 5 luggages ourselves!!! Our son witnessed the whole scandal!!!

Beautiful amenities and accommodating staff

I loved the aesthetic of the hotel. It was very clean and all white. I also found the staff to be very helpful since i am from out of the country. The location was very close to the beach and all the shops. The bathroom had a very foul odor coming from the toilet. We didn’t receive any wash cloths but luckily i always bring my own. Wish they would extend the free breakfast to room service.

The hotel and rooms are very spacious, and the staff are great, the hotel facilities are excellent , we got a room with free spa session. The room also offers free water , cold soft drinks and chocolates refilled every day. I loved almost everything about the hotel except that they allow pets in the rooms.

The property was well maintained and certainly conveniently located for an enjoyable time in Nice. Nothing we didn’t like about this propert. Pool area closed for some unexpected reason, however.

sink was not draining well. air conditioning not working and water pots out of the corner of the shower. the rooms need to be remodeled.

Small room. Dirty hallway carpet runner. No door on bathroom. The breakfast was average at best. Since France usually has the best food. We were expecting more
