If you can add glass door in the bath room so when customer make shower the water not spread out and all the floor become wet !!!! the bath room without glass door that avoid the water to wet all the bath room floor.

Great location! Breakfast was very good except pastries were not very good compared to other places we stayed. Some staff were especially helpful and others not so much Pricey for the stay although it was the best value we could find in Nice. Doors slam shut and are loud. Air conditioning did not get cool enough given warm comforter and heat wave; suggest providing regular sheets for more options.

Filtered water in the room when required during stay was a nice touch. Hotel was in a good location for tram and train as well as shops and restaurants. Lack of choice of cut up fruit for breakfast. The floor in the room didn’t appear to be cleaned during our stay and no replacement milk to make tea or coffee, although reception staff supplied when asked.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and bright, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. There is a rich and delicious breakfast. The staff is exceptionally polite, kind, and always smiling. We had an early check -in. We would especially like to thank Violeta, who gave us valuable tips about Nice and our planned trips to Cannes and Monaco. Heartfelt thanks!"

The staff was generally very nice and helped with getting us ice. Has a charm about it Even though we put a “do not disturb” sign on the door our room was still entered and serviced two times. We requested late check out, which was granted for 12 pm. Then we got both a call at 11:20AM and visited by the reception at 11:30 AM telling us that check out was at 11 and we had to explain multiple times we were already granted a late checkout. There were people moving / jumping around upstairs multiple times which was a disturbing noise and caused the chandelier to shake.

Excellent location and staff was great. Breakfast was good. Receptionists were so helpful and kind, especially Angelina. Rooms are so small,I didn’t have a space to open my suitcase,if there are two of you in the room, one of you has no way ti get to your bed if you have one suitcase open. It’s old hotel and it’s in the desperate need to be renovated.

Room sizes are a little tight, but the location makes up for it.

We woukd have appreciated a way to keep the window open at night and the room/bathroom could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned but overall we were happy with it.
-
Room is clean. Breakfast selection is decent, with generous portions. The shower design is not practical, as water tends to spill onto the bathroom floor.
-
Location is super accessible.

Especially enjoyed the delicious and well attend to breakfast as well as the friendly staff of the hotel.

Close to train stations We were very disappointed with the lack of elevators. This was not in the description of the hotel. This feature would have made a difference in our choice of hotel. Not happy about this. We didn’t have hot water 1 of the nights. We weren’t told anything until I called the front desk and asked what was going on. No notice upon entering the hotel to advise guests. There was construction outside directly in front of the hotel.

A little bit of street noise
-
mosquitoes in the room. Flushing noise from the toilets of the other rooms was very loud and woke me up a number of times during the nights I was there

The location is easily one of the hotel’s strongest selling points. Because the building is a refurbished older property, the room and bathroom layouts are a bit unconventional, but the bathroom itself feels very fresh, modern, and clean. While the breakfast lacks variety, the price is fair for what you get. A really thoughtful touch was the complimentary umbrella service—a lifesaver on those rainy afternoons! Be prepared for a bit of a workout, as there are no elevators on-site. It’s a classic walk-up situation, so travel light if you can!
