Th location is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean, elegantly designed, air conditioned, and I had a great view of an historic building out of one of our windows. You can walk out the door and find restaurants, pastries, cappuccino, shops, immediately. Every morning you have a choice of a sweet or savory breakfast. The women who brought us a beautiful breakfast every morning were lovely! I particularly enjoyed the cup of hot chocolat. The service was excellent overall. The internet was spotty in our room.

Location in the heart of Nice! Shopping all around. The hotel colors and decor are really happy. Lift/elevator for baggage. Water bottle refilling station. Air conditioning. Nothing

Location and the bed was comfortable. They provide free water and cleaned the room everyday. The shower was too small for a 1.60cm human. Also from toilet pipes i could smell urine eventhough the cleanliness of the room.

Location was great- the best part of our stay. Staff was kind. Convenient breakfast. We were in a room on the top floor that had like a loft upstairs. Once you opened the sofa downstairs it felt really tight, no room to move- literally had to jump over the open sofa bed to access the bathroom. I guess this was the family room, but maybe with younger children would work. Sofa bed was not comfortable. Room was a little worn-damaged wall paper and stained carpet upstairs.

Good air conditioning. Extremely small room. The bathroom was so tight, I could not sit straight at the toilet. Very basic amenities for the price. No mini-fridge in the room (a must for storing water in this city). A set of glasses inside the room would be nice (at least paper or plastic cups).

This hotel is all about location. It is just off Avenue Jean Medecin, the main shopping street, very close to where the two tram lines intersect so very easy from the airport/main line railway station as well as being an ideal place from which to explore all parts of the city on foot. Our room was clean, colourful and small, but OK. Friendly, welcoming staff. Although we asked for a quiet room and were on the 4th floor, the room was noisy in the early morning from street cleaning/waste collection and vehicles. A little expensive in terms of the accommodation- you are paying for the location.

The shower wets the whole floor since the glass that covers the shower is only a quarter and it moves and the water leaks through

The location was excellent, and the hotel offers a 24/7 reception. The room was clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was decent, and it was a nice touch that filtered water and some sweets were available at reception. The room was comfortable, and the reception staff were helpful. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but it was still possible to enjoy a proper shower. The only issue was that, although the hotel is smoke-free, our neighbors were smoking on the balcony. The smell came into our room, which meant we couldn’t open the balcony door for fresh air. We did report this, and the reception staff addressed it by reminding them of the smoke-free policy. Overall, the staff did their best to resolve the situation.

Great use of space and very close to the beach Could be cleaner

Perfect location, just off the main commercial boulevard, several blocks from the sea. An old fashioned wire caged elevator. Wide corridors, once you get upstairs from the cramped check-in area. Breakfast room looked large, but we didn't opt for it. Staff was pleasant. Bathroom was not as clean as we expected. Bed was a bit too soft, and the only pillow option not great, at least for us. Small room. We noticed ear plugs waiting for us in the bathroom and, thought that meant outside noise, but most of the noise came from guests coming in and out and slamming doors to their rooms well into the wee hours.

On the plus side the rooms looks nice, modern, even if it's very small you do have room to open 2 suitcases. The bed and pillows are comfortable and they have blackout curtains. Breakfast wile basic has both cold and warm options. Most important thing it's impossible to get a good sleep due to the noise from other rooms. If you keep the windows closed there isn't much noise coming from the street but the walls are like paper, it's like the people next door are in the same room with you, you hear their conversations clearly. Two days in a row I woke up due to a phone just buzzing from the next room, not an alarm, a simple buzz. I would not stay here again due to this reason. Bathroom could use better cleaning, not just the daily swipe but actual cleaning of the walls and door.
