The style and cleanliness!! Everything was excellent!

I was so impressed with Sebastian - who greeted me and was so very helpful for my brief stay. My only concern was the two flights of stairs up to the lobby, but again, Sebastian was more than willing to help me with my heavy bag ( I had been traveling for 10 days) His customer service skills are excellent - I was a flight attendant for 40 years, and I can identify a great employee when I see one! Nothing

The location was perfect. The hotel is very stylish. The room was superclean, very stylish, bed and pillows are extremly comfortable. The staff was amazing, they helped us with many things. This was my second visit to nice and i would stay there again next time. I think the ac unit at the next balcony was noisy but ok

It was the most cozy room, felt like home. Everything was so aesthetic and the staff were super friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back here!! Nothing, absolutely perfect.

The location was perfect. Loved the kitchenette. Thoughtful amenities like a drying rack for clothes, a curling iron and even a Dyson hair dryer you could use. Nice touches of home The carpet could use a cleaning and the bathroom had hair in it from previous stay

The location is excellent. It is easy to walk to the Promenade d'Anglais and the markets. The train station is also an easy distance. The hotel lobby is up a long, steep flight of stairs. Though there is generally someone to help carry luggage, it is still a bit awkward. The room was large and well-appointed with an ensuite bathroom and tiny kitchen. However, there is no bureau. For a longer stay, this is inconvenient. Also, the walls were quite thin. One could hear noise from other guests in the hallways.

The central and quiet location The kindness of the staff The cleanliness The very comfortable beds and pillows The ability to have breakfast in your room As for the aparthotel, we found the kitchenette lacking better knives, a board for cutting bread or vegetables, a cloth for cleaning, and other small items. We chose an aparthotel so we could organize breakfast and snacks, which we did, but the kitchen wasn't enough equipped.

Staff friendly, very accommodating, many little extras, warm, cozy feeling in room. Excellent staff , went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. WiFi, spotty

The location was close to many sites by foot, tram, bus or underground. The Staff, especially Sebastian, were helpful and friendly. The room had a nice compact kitchen if you want to cook. My room was fine for me. If there was another person, there would be no room for an additional piece of luggage.

Super friendly staff, explained everything clearly and concisely at checkout, always greeted us with a smile. Gave us a free upgrade, had snacks in the lobby, and the room was beautiful and well maintained. Everything was great! Stairs were a workout but we were warned beforehand and expected it as it’s in the middle of southern France.
