The price 300 eur/day??? Theroom is too bad: AC not workung. The bathroom was terrible.

Very clean The staff are really nice and friendly. They gave us lots of really good places to go eat to and things to do!

Warm, caring personnel, comfortable accommodations, particular attention to my service dog, parking facilities, location.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and various tourist attractions. The staff was great and always helped us when we asked questions. The parking is very helpful because there aren't many options in the area. There is a valet that will park your car before 11 PM as the parking lots are in a different building and it's quite challenging to park. The room had a decent size, was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that took us a while to get used to was the fact that the toilet seat was separated from the bathroom (basically 2 different rooms). The breakfast was good. The 24/7 coffee & tea option was great as well.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety and fresh. The lobby was very nice and the staff was friendly and accomodatimg. This hotel, as long as you get a nice room, is quite nice to stay at and the perfect location for everything!! Quick walk to beach, restaurants, trains/bus, shopping! I would consider staying here again. The room we initially had did NOT match the booking.com photos of room we booked. Was awful and smaller, very uncomfortable pillows, tiny shower head, rotten egg smell in room, carpet looked awful and very old. No bathroom counters for our toiletries. After speaking with manager, he put us in room that matched closer to what we booked. Rooms do look nicer on booking.com photos.

The staff super nice and warm - nothing says top hospitality better than the staff to be honest - no exclusion everyone was super nice - managers should engage more with clients as their front desk that s the only comment there. Location is one of the best and the comfort is SUPER (travel a lot so I do have a benchmark to compare to). Facilities in general that s all. Also we are in France Nice!! Forget about the breakfast included .. in the street from any market a tiny portion of cheese or chocolate or bagette can be all in all around 4 Euros - bring them in and make a difference for each room every day it will make a huuuuge difference - WiFi a bit unstable.

Very nice room, however, since it was facing the street, it was noisy at night due to raucous people outside in the very wee hours.

The breakfast and the daytime staff. This was my second stay at this hotel. Overall I have loved my many stays in Europe at BW properties. The location and day staff and breakfast at this property are wonderful. However I had contacted property to confirm the upgraded room and like the first time and stay was given an inferior room. Low floor and room to the bar and loud street the second visit and the first time a much smaller room than had booked. So 2/2 will not give it another chance. And given so many of my friends and solo female travelers I work with I will unfortunately not recommend.
