great location, staff tried to be helpful I booked a 2 bed room and was given 4 bunk beds and was told they could not give me the room I paid for because they were sold out. The air conditioning was not working and the room was far too hot to sleep in. The window was open to the internal part of the hostel with no circulation. The staff gave me a fan which did not fix the temperature problem and would have made it impossible to sleep. I had to deal with the stress of finding an alternate accommodation last minute and was lucky to find a hotel with 1 room left close by that was much nicer and cheaper. I escalated this matter to the hostel management and booking.com and was not offered a refund. Shame.

The fact I could not climb stairs and elevator on first floor in annex. It was very difficult for me. The room ok a little worn but it was quiet in the annex.

It was not about the place, but unfortunately I had a really bad experience (personal), but when I tried to communicate with the hotel and explain them, they never answered or helped me, so it was a little disappointing, even if it wasn’t their fault, they weren’t empathic at all, but its okay.

The private rooms are located in a separate building, a bit more outdated. It is located only two buildings away from the hostel, but it wasn't what I was expecting.

The location was right at the city center. The size of the room was great for one person, two would have also been good. The receptionists were helpful and nice. It was sound isolation was not great, so I could hear the people walking in the hallway. The heating was also lacking, I was cold (January). There was also no soap in the bathroom.

Huge shower room but there is simply nothing to hang my clothes on when I want to shower, I had to put them on the toilet. The shower was without a partition so all the shower water wetted the floor and it was not comfortable to get dressed properly. The room door was fragile to break in. The lighting in the room is simply strong and blinding and not pleasant to the eye. An electrical outlet by my bed that does not work

The events and proximity to the beach and town Not a lot of facilities for staying in 12 people room. So it was inconvenient at times.
