The space and location was great. Right in the center of Nice and super safe Very rude staff. Never want to help or answer questions. Very cold and unprofessional. Only nice person there was the receptionist that is blonde with glasses, absolute sweetheart and the man that works night shift is helpful. We had a tiny piece of a cookie in the room in a bag and when we woke up our table was COVERED WITH ANTS. The next day we cleaned it up and they disappeared but then in the hallway was a ton of ants as well. The air conditioner works very weak and is never actually cold even at 16C

L'hôtel est très très bien situé sans que ce soit trop bruyant dans la rue. C'est un hôtel classique (avec les prix de la côte d'Azur) qui fait très bien le travail pour un court séjour à Nice. Pas de prises de têtes, juste une chambre propre confortable au centre ville avec les équipements qu'il faut. Le bâtiment est assez vieux et aucun travail d'isolation n'a été fait, donc on entend TOUT ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir... L'hôtel pourrait commencer en mettant de nouveaux joints sur les portes par exemple. Sinon tout était bien.

Loved the location here! Tons of restaurants nearby, 6 minutes from Jean Médecin metro, and 10 minutes from the Promenade/Beach and Old Town. I’d recommend for solo travelers 100% The pillows were the flattest pillows I’ve slept on in my life. Definitely should be replaced.

Excellent location close to everything and a good view to the street below plus window in room provided ventilation. The toilet in our room was very close to the shower and cramped so we mostly just used it sitting sideways. Not a deal breaker for us. We liked everything else.

Excellent central location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very minor point, the space between the toilet and the shower was a bit of a tight squeeze.

The problem with the hotel's rooms is that you can hear people and noises from the other rooms. Although, this is not an issue that could block this hotel choice. Also, the breakfast does not have fresh vegetables. Again, not so important compare with all the other good things this hotel has.

Overall an okay hotel. Hot water was extremely hit or miss. Beds were fine but not great. Room was very small but that's understandable. Overall, for the price in a tourist hotspot it was acceptable for a few nights. Location is extremely convenient. As long as you're paying a low price, it's fine. See above

The facility is pretty old, the sound proof is so bad that you can hear what's happening in the room next to you and get woken up by the room service when they start doing their job in the corridor. The towel looks worn and the toilet is bad at ventilation.

The bathroom ventilation was not working, so after a few days the room just smelled like humidity. There was also mold traces in the bathroom, which indicated that the ventilation has not been working for quite a while already. On the last day we also didn't have warm water.

Clean, staff were professional, fast check in, nice room. Great location. The bathroom was too small. There was no space between the shower and the toilet.

Location was very good. Breakfast was convenient. Staff was courteous in allowing us to leave our luggage before check in. The property was very loud. Bathroom had abundant black mold. In the grout, on the ceiling, on the hair dryer. Asked to move rooms due to mold. Next room we were shown was even worse. Staff said they could scrub the mold. We could tell they had made a valiant attempt, but by the next day it was very moldy smelling again and much of it was back. Toilet was extremely close to shower. Had to open shower door to get on toilet.
