Boutique Hôtel Nice Côte d'Azur

Great location within 5 min. walk of Train Station and Metro lines. The staff at the Hotel were wonderful and helpful with suggestions for places to visit and restaurants for lunch and/or dinner. The breakfast options were very good and plentiful with a variety of options to satisfy. As we expected, the elevator in the building is small (only two persons fit at a time) but we appreciated it as our room was on the upper floor. :)

Everything was great! The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s only a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it perfect for day trips like the ones we took. The location is also very convenient, close to the main shopping street, Jean Médecin. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated that the complimentary coffee and tea were replenished regularly. On our last day, the staff even surprised us with pastries, which was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The Man in Charge is helpful and charming. Room is very comfortable, shower is spacious with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent. Less than 5 minutes walk to the train station.

The breakfast was home made and good. Staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Alison who even used her private Uber account to help us out. Always with a smile. We felt at home at this hotel. My room on flight 3 was a bit warm. The AC was not on and it got a bit stuffy at night, but no big deal.

This was a fabulous location! As a solo, female tourist that didn’t know the area, I was slightly skeptical to wander around as it is a very “locals” area. However, once I figured it out-I realized just how great the location was! The bathrooms have been completely re-done and were lovely-especially for FR. The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Only a couple of things… My room overlooked the porch of a local and a brick wall. Not super important, but not impressive. The only other negative was that the hallways were poorly lit.

Well located hotel (20 min walking till Nice old town, beside a mall and the train station) with an amazing staff and great facilities. We've been traveling a lot and this was the best hotel by far. The professionals working were so polite and helpful! -

Location and Service

The location of the hotel is quite close to the center of town and old town. The staff is great! Our room was good size and had a double sink is the bathroom!
