Parking was a little tight and the other staff were not very accommodating and didn’t seem to like their job very well.

The outside patio area was lovely for a glass of wine or breakfast in the morning. The breakfast offerings were amazingly varied and artistically prepared. Small elevator so ended up taking stairs, but not too inconvenient.

The staff is so accommodating, they go out of their way to may you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent. No big deal, but a hand towel ring would be a nice addition. Secure WIFI would also be a huge plus.

What a lovely little hotel, conveniently located in the center of Nice! It’s better than the photos, very beautiful and comfortable! There is a lovely courtyard, and all staff is friendly and very very helpful! Highly recommend! Everything was great! Maybe add yogurt and fruit options for breakfast?

Fantastic stay at Maison Durante. It is an adorable boutique hotel, very centrally located yet quiet. We stayed here with our dog and had a lovely time. The staff was helpful and excellent - even shipped us items back that we left behind. We will be back

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They also made recommendations on museums and other things in town that aligned with our interests. Room was very clean and modern and surprisingly spacious for a European hotel in this price range. The outdoor courtyard was lovely. Very nice water filling station (cold or room temp, plain or sparkling) and free coffee (Nespresso type machine) in the lobby. They have a very nice looking breakfast buffet for 20 Euros but we were waking up a bit late and didn't get a chance to try it. Location was excellent, very close to everything yet tucked away on a quiet street. This is not at all a criticism but just a suggestion. We were given a lot of great advice on local things, but one thing we would have liked to have known in advance is that the private beaches in Nice need to be reserved ahead of time as they fill up quickly. Also, this was entirely our mistake but we didn't realize that on the tram in Nice you need to buy a fare card and then validate the fare card inside the tram. We paid for our fare but didn't know we had to validate it on the tram, so we ended up getting a ticket (40 Euro per person), so perhaps a little bit of advice about how the fare works on the tram would be helpful to let guests know about during check in.

Maison Durante is a beautifully designed boutique hotel with a calm, refined atmosphere. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, the high-quality bedding, and the peaceful ambiance. The staff was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The location is also excellent—central, yet quiet. The stay was excellent overall; if anything, I only wished I could have stayed longer.

Emma was great! I received welcomming emails before I arrived. She checked me in with no problems and she phhysically showed me how to get into the building and the room. There is nothing I didn't like.

Staff was awesome; loved the location and our room was super comfortable. The hallways have paint peeling everywhere. It’s sad because it’s such a great place and such simple maintenance (like paint) would make such a difference!!
