There was a odour in the room.

Location was good. Room was clean. Noisy when drunks came home from bar; Room was SMALL. Questionable value for money; however it was high season. Breakfast was not very good, had to pay extra only to find it was not all that great. Power surges and on and off during my stay. Random noises in room, buzzing and strange mechanical noises.

Very clean and good located hotel. Comfortable room. The bathroom was really tiny, but it didn't disturb. 7 min walk from the train station and 15 min to the beach. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable for 3 people. But we enjoyed it anyways.

Not so spacious, but everything else was perfect

very good location. very clean. wouldn`t say that this was a problem, but bathroom is surprisingly small. a tall and maybe a slightly plump person might be having a problem to enter a shower.

The bed. The toilet paper was behind the toilet, making it very uncomfortable to grab, the bathroom had a very bad smell it was very unpleasant.

Our room was surprisingly quiet given the neighbourhood, and it was an easy walk to many restaurants and shops, but in particular the railway station which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. I really liked the decor; it was fresh and contemporary, with little splashes of colour and pattern. The bathroom and shower were great. The staff were friendly enough. Every time we mentioned where we were staying to a local, they were horrified. The area has many immigrants from Africa and the Arab countries. But we rather liked this. Also we found the Africans with their vegetable markets and the Lebanese and Iraqi restaurants were excellent. I didn't like the foyer; it had no sense of arrival, or importance. Certainly no presence. We were never sure if someone was actually at the desk and there was no security evident. The foyer doubled as the breakfast area, hidden only at night by a flimsy screen. Odd really when you think about it. The beach, port and old town were a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Location, staff, cleanliness of the room The TV was somehow not working and it was complicated to fix because the technician was not available. But the staff offered a free breakfast and that made up for it.

The location was great near the public transportation and there were many nearby restaurants of reasonable prices . The staff was very kind. Cleaning of the room was daily and perfect. The hotel is three stars but the service was five stars. Nothing

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean. I was suprised with how spacious it was for one person. It is a 20 minute to the beach, but if you are using Nice as a base and using the train it's in a great location.

The toilet wasn’t suitable for human

The layout of the room was such that there was no space between the bed and the wall to get through with the luggage, very inconvenien It is definitely not a 3-star hotel .
