The rooms were clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and let us check in early and check out late. Best staff I have experienced in long time, could not recommend more! Nothing

Location was only a 5 minute walk to the promenade! Grocery stores nearby for purchase of snacks, fruit, water, etc. Room was a bit tight for three guests. The pullout bed took up all remaining space in the room. We were able to hear some traffic noise in the early morning but generally it was a quiet area.

Wonderful location, close to the water/Promenade, dozens and dozens of shops, bakeries, restaurants. Warm welcome and always available staff. Any person I asked went out of his/her way to be helpful and pleasant! My room was clean and comfortable. The common spaces, including some outdoor space, are nice places to relax or gather. The honor bar in the lobby seating area is a nice, welcoming touch. Bathroom was quite small without counterspace. But there's a small rolling shelf unit in the bath so things can be easily stored.

Very good location, close to the sea and lots of places to eat. Not very accessible by car for unloading luggage.

The bathroom/ toilet smelled like sewer and we had to close the lid and the door to avoid smelling it in the room

Hotel is on perfect location with full service and help from the stuff, who is very nice and generous. But the most important it that is very clean.

Modern update to rooms which were nice Mattress and pillows were not comfortable

Decor is dark and tired looking. Reception area is not inviting and welcoming - it should be at the front. When we first arrived, there were guests, workers, cleaning staff and the receptionist all jammed in one small area. The receptionist on the desk in the afternoon was friendlier and far more helpful.

Staff and location

This was the best suggestion from Booking. Location, guests treatment, personel and rooms, all was very nice and guidong to enjoy Cote D'azur.

The location was excellent just one street off the Promenade des Anglais. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The outlet in the bathroom could have been lower but that is a small issue that didn’t impair my stay at all.

They are heartless. Terrible Terrible management; terrible staff. I was too sick to travel but they offered no flexibility, no alternative dates. They took $1000 from me just because they could.

The room was well-designed; the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. And the location of the hotel couldn't have been better! Under a minute walk from the beach and just down the street from retail stores, restaurants, etc. Nothing! My experience at the hotel was excellent.

Great location, very comfortable bed and pillows, plentiful and varied breakfast buffet, helpful staff. We were in the studio suite room and even though the bed was next to the street window on the ground floor, it was not noisy. The bathroom had a large sink but no place to put toiletries anywhere. Some shelves would be helpful. We thought the room was a bit overpriced for what it was.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Accessible to train station, to Promenade des anglais, nice restaurants around and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
