Hotel Rivoli is set in a very cute building. It had a lovely breakfast room (although we didn't eat breakfast there). The room was quite pretty. Had a pretty winding staircase. We had a standard double room - next time I would pay more for the deluxe room. I looked in a few rooms, and the decor/layout seemed very different in each one. Important to note that there isn't a lift, although the staff assisted us with our suitcases. The room was quite pretty but a little tired - it had some material wallpaper hanging down that needed repairing. The room had great potential - the wonky IKEA open wardrobe was disappointing in a French hotel. The bathroom was small and had a shower curtain separating the shower from the sink area. It was quite difficult to keep the water in the shower.

A wonderful stay once again at Hotel Villa Rivoli. The hotel, location and staff were awesome.

Kristina was willing to change our room to get us away from a strong paint smell I booked this hotel because they had parking advertised on your site. In fact there was no available parking for any time of our stay. I had to pay 48 Euros for parking making this stay too expensive for where it was. Conversation with staff indicates that this is a common problem. The decor of the room also was silly- very cheap articles on the walls including a cheap photo frame with the advertising photos still in it (picture) and a cheap plastic frame mirror. I would not return to this hotel.

Completely over priced due, I understand, to the Monaco GP being on over the same weekend.

The bed, the room and the shower were quite small. This is fine if you are staying for short time, but if you plan to stay longer and make more use of the room, I recommended going for one of the bigger options. Also our room was on the ground floor looking right out onto the street so we pretty much had to have the shutters closed for privacy at all times. We stayed here during our week long train trip through several countries, and considering this was the cheapest hotel we stayed at, still within a similiar price range as others, there isn't much to complain about.

Good value The walls are so thin. The ladies in the room next to me woke me up at midnight when they came back to their room

Courtyard was nice. Exterior and common areas of hotel were nice. Staff were fine. Room was tired and VERY small, shower curtain wouldn’t stay up and floor flooded. No place to set luggage, uncomfortable beds and pillows very hard. No elevator and stair banister is loose.

I booked the economy located on the basement level and it was great! I decided to stay another night in an upgraded room because I loved the area and it was so close to the beach.

Location. The only one day of the two requested parking space was good. Tiny showers. Loud A/C. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

The front desk was so helpful and friendly! The location was perfect for me and my friend! The basement room was very small but I knew this when I booked. They communicated it well!
