Fabulous breakfast! A little further from the beach than I expected and did not understand how the beach arrangements worked until too late to use.
-
Housekeeping was intermittent- you had to continually ask
-
rooms were a great size and beds were comfortable pool area was stunning and comfortable the food was awful. I was so surprised this was a 5 star property, probably one of the worst burgers I've ever had in my life and the croissants were stale. Certainly something I didn't expect at a high end property.
-
The hotel is in a perfect location—close to everything, including great restaurants and high-end shops, and just a short walk to the ocean. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast could be a little better, with a wider variety of options and improved quality. While it was enjoyable, there’s definitely room for improvement.

It was a very pleasant stay.

Incredible staff and incredible location. Wonderful place to come home to In the center of Nice. All was perfect. Weird that the jacuzzi wasn't hot though.
-
The hotel is beautifully designed, with impeccably maintained rooms that are both luxurious and exceptionally comfortable. The service was truly outstanding with a level of professionalism that made every interaction effortless. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and immaculately maintained. A truly elegant hotel that delivers luxury with ease and sophistication. I will definitely come back and stay here, without any hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Albar Le Victoria in Nice. Our Junior Suite with a sea view was absolutely beautiful — spacious, elegant, and offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Waking up to the sea every morning was a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is stylish, luxurious, and perfectly located. We were especially impressed by the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace. Enjoying a delicious breakfast while overlooking the sea and the Promenade des Anglais was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well cared for. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return on our next visit to Nice. Highly recommended!

Very clean, modern hotel, friendly staff and great location.
-
great room, great AC, comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice balcony great rooftop restaurant and pool the comforter on the bed was nice...but, like 90% of hotels, by 2 a.m., it becomes too hot. It seems this is very common in almost every hotel on the planet!
-
Beautiful property with excellent staff. Very modern amenities for an historic building Expensive
-
Beautiful modernized hotel with an historic ambiance. Everything was top notch. Sheets, towels, bath supplies etc. Breakfast was wonderful. The views on top are lovely. Very quiet also considering how close you are to the Main Street. Very expensive. And pool was difficult to get a spot unless you arrived right when they opened

Nothing Everything
-
Location It was very clean and comfortable Value for money: not a 800 € per night quality
-
Water should be delivered every day, but it was not
-
Wonderful location , clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent rooftop restaurant with amazing view
-
Feels like service still finding its ways. Automatic coffee machine queue at breakfast is not consistent with a 5* hotel service

Fabolous breakfast, but only one of three we’ve got breakfast menu. Staff was lovely and very helpful. In every we saw someone, they were very kind Concierge service was useful and valuable, we couldn’t find better place by ourselfs. Room was beautiful and clean every time we return to it! Location was spot on! Minibar selection was poor. In booking.com description, it wasn’t clear that deposit was per night, not once. The gym was slighly poor and there wasn’t clean glasses or fresh fruits as it was said. We couldn’t find information about late check-out and we asked from chat and they told late checkout was free of charge until 2pm. When we went to reception to ask late checkout, it was 30% of night charge.
