The hotel is on the 4th floor and had a great view of the pedestrian only streets below! GREAT location! Very close to everything and tour picked up only 2 blocks away. Loved it! Lots of steps to carry up your bags!

The owners were very friendly & helpful. They made sure I understood how the safe worked etc. The rooms are very centrally located in a well lit area. This was important as I was travelling alone.

Rm was great size, bed good, no complaints about the room. No elevator so lugging luggage up the stairs was a treat. But we had help. So it was easier.

Everything!! The hosts were very accommodating and super friendly. We were able to leave our bags there after we checked out in order to spend the rest of the day in Nice before moving on to our next stop. Everything was great!!

Great location - walking distance to Fresh Markets, Restaurants and Beach - Great city experience. I guess I didn't realize that 2nd floor meant 4 sets of stairs. Being in our early 70's, going up and down several times a day was a good work out. The manager did help with our bags when we checked in when I realized there was not an elevator. Could have used some instructions on the air conditioning. Tried to turn it on and thought it did not turn on so we left a window open. Had a note from the manager saying please don't leave the windows open. No big deal!

Excellent location near to shopping & dining area and not far away from train station. It only takes 15 minutes. It is a good money value choice. Clean & comfort hotel plus good hotel hosts.

The location was perfect for us to explore Nice. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and bright with a balcony. The staff was friendly and early luggage drop off wasn't a problem. No elevator, so it would be a challenging place to stay if stairs were a problem.

Location, staff. Stairs! No one spoke English however we managed. it would have been helpful though.

Very well located in centre of Nice, easy short walk to town. Very comfortable,clean, good bathroom within the room and lovely staff. Nice coffee/tea in room for the morning. Bit of a walk up to the hotel entrance within the building but if you’re ok with that it is all excellent. Thanks for great stay and we’d like to return! Nothing

The location was great. The staff was so friendly. They let us store our baggage and borrow and umbrella. Highly recommend!

The location was great, the room was clean and fittings were good quality and well though out. Shower spacious, hot and powerful. Proprietor was friendly and helpful and supplied pillows of a different thickness when we asked as well as bedmaking and fresh towels without being asked. Also lent us an umbrella against the rain showers! The room was on the small side because the bathroom was incorporated into the bedroom space rather than being a separate en suite. The toilet was private within the room but shower and basin area on show. We didn't have a problem with the arrangement but a bit more information might be a good idea to enable guests to know what to expect
