There wasn't a single thing I disliked.

staff very helpful. We arrived early, before the check in time, and we were able to leave our luggage inside, and they already offered us the room key. When we came back, our luggage were inside the room already. Excelente stay.

Location, cleanliness, and staff all amazing! Convenient to shopping and the beach, restaurants. The price was great. Very informative staff. Thin walls and small room. Heard the trash pickup early everyday. That is all.

I had booked a room with a balcony, unfortunately the room allocated (number 9) had a balcony with an inner view but with 2 large noisy AC units positioned next to the balcony working full time. Leaving no chance to enjoy the balcony, noise could be heard from the room.

It’s Ana amazing property ,it’s in downtown just walking distance to beaches to shops restaurants Marino is just down the building you can enjoy the ice cream all the time.room is perfect for one person if you want with balcony for a couple they already have very good price for such a location I will come again for sure. Good location Does not have enough hot water. We stayed for two night and had cold water shower for both nights.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and gave us good tips, and the windows had good sound isolation The size of the room was a bit small, I couldn't open the suitcase in the room, and I had to use the hallway. Taking a shower was a bit problematic as the hot water was finished so quickly!

The maps take you to a different road behind the hotel. it is in a pedestrian road you can not reach by car and there is no reception after a certain time so you have to self check in. Very inconvenient. The room is very small and the towels are sooo old.
