Nice large clean room, excellent shower and friendly service. Gym was a bit basic, and equipment had obviously been chosen for style rather than performance. Sadly the restaurant closed at short notice, and finding somewhere else to eat round there is not easy.

We enjoyed the community feeling the hotel offers, with free coffee or tea anytime and appetizers for any guest during a set time in the evening. The lounge space was also great for waiting for our flight, playing games, and enjoying the communal area of the restaurant and bar. The bed was not so comfortable, and the breakfast food was limited, something that for a hotel with many guests can become a problem. Also, the shared spaces and our bedroom were not properly cleaned, as I found stains on towels and our bed sheets.

Having previously stayed at another OKKO hotel, we were disappointed. Although it was very pleasant, we felt that it was expensive for what was offered (note we stayed at another chain hotel near the airport a week later and it was just as good and substantially cheaper). To be fair, we were not there long enough to use all the facilities. There was no coordination between the front desk and restaurant - on checking in at about 9.00 pm we were told the restaurant was open until 9.30 (the website states 10.00 pm). We went straight away to the restaurant only to be told - rather abruptly- that it was fully booked (it did look reasonably full with a lot of people waiting for their orders, although there did appear to be a couple of tables free). There were only 2 serving staff on duty and they were clearly struggling to cope.

We liked the eco nature of the hotel, the snacks and drinks were a bonus too! The room and location was quiet and the staff were accommodating and helpful during our short stay. Although there was a coffee machine in the room, a kettle would have been great for tea drinkers.

Staff at the reception are nice. Close to airport. We have been staying in Okko Hotels since 2019 in Strasbourg, Cannes, Paris, etc. We have booked this hotel this time to spend the night, and then to have nice breakfast before going to airport in the morning. The breakfast was far below the standard we have come to expect from Okko Hotels. Compared to our previous stays, the savory breakfast selection was very disappointing. In the past, guests could boil their own eggs, but this time only scrambled eggs were available. The selection of cheeses was very limited. When we asked why there were no boiled eggs, we were told that the egg boiling machine was out of order. Overall, the breakfast experience fell well short of the quality and variety we have previously enjoyed at Okko Hotels.
