This was the first stay on our trip to Europe, my son and I stayed here while attending the F1 race in Monaco. For he and it was sufficient and certainly budget friendly. Location was great being right next to the airport. Room was pretty small and bathroom could use a little more shelf space but again, not complaining. If we would have had my wife there, it would have been cramped with bags.

Rooms are very small. No desk in our room. No side tables.

It's right across from the airport. If you traveling light, the location is great. It's connected to the Novotel where we had a decent meal at a fair price. If you need a place overnight prior to an early flight, or to crash after a late arrival, it's fine for that. Good shower pressure albeit in a very small bathroom, but again, it is a budget room. The rooms are tiny with very small bathrooms. It was my first "budget" experience in a major French city. Now I know what to expect. That said, I thought it a bit pricey for what it was.

Hard time getting to the hotel location

Location is wonderful Very small room

We stayed here for one night to make an easy transfer for a morning flight. Our room had 2 twin beds, which worked well as I was travelling with my son. It was a free 2 stop train transfer + 8 minute walk from terminal 2 which took about 15 mins total. Room was quiet and a good temperature for sleeping. The room was so small that there was not really enough room on the floor to put down and open our carry on bags around the beds. Smaller than our Paris hotel by a bit! Breakfast was very ordinary and hotel in general could use a refresh.

Clean and close to the airport, the staff is friendly The AC didn’t work properly, it wasn’t cooling the tiny box-like room enough making is super uncomfortable to sleep at night. The pillows were terrible.

It's clean. The towels are thick and long, the bed comfortable. The room is small, if not tiny. One side of the bed is against the wall. No closet, but shelves with hangers. The breakfast was not memorable. It's okay for a night before flying back, but I will unlikely return if I fly from Nice again.

Great place for a short stay. The airport is only a 15-minute walk away, which makes the location very convenient.

Friendly staff, very clean room albeit small, have to adjust. Good breakfast. Good location, near the airport, bus and tramway to the city. Good value.

Location was convenient for catching bus, train, etc. Airport was also close-meant checking in was easier as well as travelling back was easy. Staff (Mr. Marouane) at the reception was very good. Space in the room could have been atleast 15% more and one water heating kettle would have added to more benefits.

The location is very good. It's near the airport and also from bus stations. There is also a paid parking place behind the hotel, with a payable price. The entrance is located behind the building, in a not so cleaned street, so there is a bad aspect of the propriety, although one can also enter by the Novotel door. On the room there is only the bad and the TV. No waredrobe or shelves or anything. No cutlery, cups, and so on... The room are very small as the toilet was. One have barely no place to move, when sitting on it. But the bad thing is the bad smell on the corridor. The corridor smelled like a towel or a clothe that had been stored away while still wet... after a few days it smells terrible.

The hotel is okie, clean. Too small space. Lack of facilities like hand towers, hair dryer.

Good location across from the airport, comfortable beds and clean.
