Amazing room with everything I needed! Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, and more! I had no complaints.
-
Clean and modern Very difficult to locate as no signage lit up at night

Room was spacious and well equipped. Access is very difficult, parking confusing, staff is not friendly at all. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and one of the towels was badly stained.

Our room came with a balcony (we requested) and a kitchenette. It was our first night in Nice, so we didn't use the kitchenette. But it was nice to have one there. Staff was friendly, and free water with mint in the lobby. It is of great value. We didn't have breakfast there and can't comment on it. We would stay here again if we were visit Nice again! The hotel was difficult to find because it was on a back street, and streets in the area didn't have names and we didn't use our phone initially.

Clean, basic hotel within easy walking distance of train and airport, even with luggage. Didn’t have a toaster and I couldn’t get the cooktop to work - pretty sure it was broken. We stayed only 2 nights so it wasn’t worth reporting until we checked out.

The kitchenette for my morning tea Finding the hotel with the booking.com address

We loved the quiet location as we looked out onto a courtyard on the weekend - there seemed to be a lot of office buildings surrounding the courtyard. It was quite close to the train station as well as the airport. There was a kitchenette that had fridge, 2 burner hot plate and microwave oven. They also provided a few teabags, a couple of cookies, instant coffee and one bottle of water. We picked this hotel for the proximity to the airport, as we had an early morning flight from Terminal 2. Unfortunately, we did not know that the tram does not start operating until 4:30 am and we had to be there at that time. So we had a 25 minute hike we were not counting on to start the day and the signage was terrible along the way. We spent a lot of time wandering around wondering if we were on the right path. Anyhow, if you need to get to Terminal 1, this hotel would be ideal as it is very close to the hotel. For Terminal 2, take into account the time of your flight! There were two of us traveling together but they provided one bottle of water. There was black mold in the corners of the shower.

Quiet and clean, enjoyed the balcony

The hotel is a little difficult to find. Taxis cannot take you to the door, walking is needed.

It was clean and convenient No house keeping and staff were rude

Had a balcony which was lovely

The room was very clean and comfortable. The small kitchen was very nice to have. There are few restaurants in the area too. Nothing comes to mind.

I liked everything

The location is great to get to the airport on foot. ( vehicules have no access to the main door of the hotel in the courtyard) Even though i had been at this hotel a year ago I think that the city or the hotels in the area should have routes indicating to and from the airport or hotels. We asked the front desk for the quickest way but actually wasn’t the right way. I don’t think that the staff ever walked to the airport from this location. As we went out looking for the right path we met other travellers that could not find there own hotel. Signage would be an added plus because GPS is not great for locating hotels within the courtyard. Inside our room 818 the right wall is in need of a paint job ….the smeers on the wall are not welcoming. The rest of the room was clean. The matress closest to the closet was not confortable. We were harassed by mosquitoes through the night. We did have the window open and i didn’t expect to have them as in Nice we slept with the windows open and didn’t see any.

The staff was really nice and even upgraded us to a balcony room for our honeymoon. We stayed for a lot of days, so it would've been nice to have someone do some quick cleaning, but it makes sense for the type of residence.

Convenient for Nice via team or bus, and of course walking to airport. Friendly staff who speak French and English. Kitchenettes in room. Aleays a great value price wise. And parking available for 12 euro per night
-
Convenient and close to the airport/train station. Great room, bathroom and amenities in the room. Would have loved to stay longer. Few amenities in the area - not within the hotel's control, but no boulangerie or supermarché nearby.
-
The residhome is very close to the Nice airport, so it is no fuss to arrive late or leave early - super convenient for travel. The kitchen is useful if you want to fix your self breakfast or a meal. It is also convenient to take a bus from near the Residhome to Sophia Antipolis or a tram in to Nice. This way one can avoid renting a car which I find is quite a hassle to drive and park in the Nice area.

The best location to overnight before a morning flight from Nice NCE. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Has a gym. And local restaurants open on Sunday evenings too. All at a reasonable price. Nothing to dislike.
