Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice

Beautiful roof top pool. Balcony over looking the sea. Great breakfast. The beach club staff where we rented chairs were rude. The hotel is overpriced in my opinion.

It had a great large balcony over looking the water, the staff was very friendly, especially of you tip them from beginning generously. The room service is poor but we ate out everyday except the ladt evening, it does have paid parking if you choose to rent a car which we did, and most importantly we were family of 4 and they had a large sofa bed and we all slept very comfortably in one room. It is not just this hotel. it's almost everywhere. However, down in the garage elevator and by the hotel elevators going to the rooms, it smells terrible for that few minutes, smells like sewage.

Breakfast excellent. Location superb. We could have been given more information about public transport availability for city centre from the beginning. Also,we had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

Good location Had A/C issues in our room. They did switch our room in the middle of the night when they couldn’t fix the issues.

Although we booked a Premium Sea View room, we were not assigned one of the renovated rooms that are advertised on the website. This was disappointing, especially considering the room category we had reserved. The reception staff, particularly during check-out, were not very welcoming or helpful. A friendlier and more customer-oriented approach would have made a significant difference. Another point that should be communicated more clearly is that access to the hotel’s private beach requires an additional fee. We were surprised to find this out during our stay, as it was not clearly mentioned when booking. The pool area also has a very limited number of sunbeds, making it almost impossible to find one during the day. Finally, we found the breakfast to be quite limited in terms of both variety and quality. Overall, the location and views are excellent, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve to provide an experience that better matches the expectations of a Radisson Blu property.

Great location and service.

Nice view from balcony, comfortable beds. Overall the staff we spoke with were generally nice, just disappointed with experience overall. Poor attention to detail with housekeeping- gross rug with crusting (looked like poop). I asked for it to be cleaned and intentionally marked it for the housekeeper and it was not fixed in three days. Smells like smoke covered by cheap cologne in hallway, with bags of dirty clothes and maybe trash? Outside of room doors. Faulty door handle that locked us outside on balcony. We were stuck out there for almost 45 minutes because we could not get through to the front desk. We asked door to be fixed once we were let back in. I’m not sure if anyone ever actually came and fixed it as there was no follow up regarding the door. I emailed the front desk with a list of these concerns to have a record of the interaction and I never heard back from them during the entirety of our trip.

Good location Rooftop service was very slow

The food choices at the beach, pool, and for room service were all the same. The food was good, but I would've liked to have more variety that incorporated specifically French cuisine.

The location is excellent, clean facility no smell, no trash laying around. I paid for one of the most expensive suite, which is ocean front suite with balcony, Everything was a disaster, faulty sockets, I couldn’t charge anything, shower drain wasn’t draining, called they couldn’t find the plumber, front staff was a little moody for my liking, they were already fighting with another guest when I got there, anyway I ended up showering in the bathtub mind you (I’m not a tub shower kind of person, it makes me feel unclean) ugh I just feel like my trip could’ve been so much better.

Close to airport. Beautiful views of ocean. Staff are helpful. Price is high for what you get (other than the view). Pillows weren’t good. Flat. One elevator is working for entire hotel.

We visit this hotel since 2001 we really like the location, facilities, staff . Cleaning staff didn’t pay a visit despite effect we put a sign on the door knob. Shower head was faulty it kept falling down these things must be checked regularly. Reception was always busy or they never picked up the phone when we called them to complain.

The rooftop pool was not clean at all I didn’t swim in it,

Short allowed duration for swimming in the beach club, up to 5:00 pm only, considering that check in time is not before 3:00 pm.

Swimming pool was just OK and teh breakfast was also ok
