Apparently we didnt book the room with our 3 year old. So the staff ensured they give us another room suitable for 3 with the same amount. Even tho the time was peak season and huge rush. Appreciate.

We had a nice big room with comfortable beds. The air con was a bit noisy if you put it on full blast, but besides that we had a very nice stay. Nothing - all good. Breakfast was great also. Comfy beds, spacious shower. All good.

Convenient location. Beach a minute walk away, tram right outside so easy to get to / from airport and the centre. Staff helpful. Free water dispenser so was nice to just be able to fill up your water bottle instead of keep buying. Room cleaned nicely. Beach umbrella provided. We had a room for three and the room wasn’t very big so was a little bit cramped in the room with all our stuff and when we were trying to get ready etc

Great room for a family of four. Easily reachable by bus and tram to centre and train station. Staff were absolutely the friendliest and most helpful ever! Bakery over the road for breakfast! We liked everything!

Staff was friendly and lcation was good, beachfront and very close to tram station. The rooms are extremely small, with barely any space to move around. There were three of us sharing the room, and it was highly uncomfortable. In the photos, the rooms look much nicer and larger than they actually are. The room was so cramped that we could hardly open our suitcases. There was no wardrobe, only five hangers for three women, and nowhere to dry clothes such as swimsuits. Face towels were not provided either. Because of the room’s size and the lack of space, it was practically impossible for housekeeping to clean it properly. Housekeeping mainly consisted of replacing the towels, rather than actually cleaning the room. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and poor value for the price we paid.
