The location was perfect! Just a short walk away from the beach and the staff were lovely There was not an adequate cooling system in the room. We were given a fan that did not work.

The location - small room - diagonal bathroom, new invention impossible to sit on, maybe I just have thicc thighs - bugs in the room - light flickers. Asked to fix, same thing for 3 days - no AC. Inferno all night long. - common bathroom has a sink and a toilet combined in one

The staff the cleanliness the location very good. Did not get any sleep as the room was like sleeping in a sauna, super uncomfortable. The pillows super hard as was the mattress.

Location is perfect, a quick walk to the beach. It is affordable considering the prices in Nice. Room and bathroom were very clean, and includes all the necessary. There's no breakfast and no restaurant room, but cutlery, glasses, dishes is available for everyone at the reception. The area is very quiet, and the tables at the exterior are very nice. The place seem to start aging. Maybe we were unlucky but there was no hot water during our whole stay. The place can get very hot on summer. Bed are not beds: they look very cheap, made of metal bars to hold the mattress, with big gaps between them. Mattresses are not mattresses: they're very thin and you can feel the metal of the bed when resting. I suffer from back pain so I had to put clothes and towels on top of the mattress to add some thickness. Few electric outlets, and many of them were partially broken. TV remote didn't work. Honestly, most of these things don't bother me very much, as I don't go to hotels to appreciate them, but just have a place to sleep and have a shower while I visit the city. I would only come again if they improve the beds a little bit, the current ones look very very cheap.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything we needed. For the cheaper price that what is available in the area, it was a good option for us. The staff also kindly let us leave our luggage upon check out as we had a later flight. It got a bit warm in the evening due to no air con so I recommend asking for a fan that they have available as this helped us manage the heat a lot.

Fabulous location - close to the beach and restaurants, lovely sunny outside area, comfortable bed, nice hot shower with good pressure, lovely big windows in the room, lovely and clean throughout. I wouldn’t say I disliked anything about the property but I would have liked air con or at least a fan in the room and some additional hanging space for my clothes.

Good location, very quiet and not far from the beach. The room had all the facilities advertised. The beds were very uncomfortable! Just like camp beds with metal bars supporting a thin mattress. Also, the electric sockets were not well fixed to the wall. Obviously a DIY renovation. This was, however reflected in the price.

Good location, close to the beach and within walking distance to public transport and main attractions. Easy to get around and convenient for exploring Nice and nearby cities like Cannes and Monaco. The room was clean and simple, with basic facilities. Suitable for short stays where you mainly use the hotel for sleeping and spend most of the day outside. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, it is a budget-friendly option with a good location, but quite basic in terms of comfort and amenities.

The hotel was awesome, so I definitely recommend it. The owner was super welcoming; he let us check in at 1:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM, which we are really grateful for, even though we were prepared to chill in the courtyard until then, knowing the rules. It made an incredible impression. We were also given a better room than the one we had booked. The beach was just 3 minutes away! The promenade there is incredible, so you don't even need to worry about whether it's the city center or not, as it doesn't matter at all. The bus stop is also 3 minutes away, and you can take a bus straight to the airport from there. So everything was great, thank you from Ukraine! )
