Friendly greeting so helpful. Lovely room (4) spotless and had everything we needed. Tea and coffee in room would have been nice but we were given that on arrival and there was a tea/coffee area downstairs with honesty box. Location a little out of the way but we have slight mobility issues. So quiet clean, peacefull. Near to tram stops.

Very quiet small hotel(4 rooms). No noise from the street and traffic. Regine was very patient receptionist and helpfull for any question or request e.g. breakfast time change, taxi etc. We really enjoyed stay in NIce, Monaco, Cannes and whole coast of French riviera. Offer in breakfest table was very limited and all days the same choice.

The host, Regine was very reactive on all our questions The hotel is in a quiet area, we could sleep with open windows without any noise disturbing us. The room is comfortable Have in mind that if you wish a breakfast, you have to order it the previous day and it is served in a limited slot time. It was not an issue for us, as we just enjoyed the self service coffee machine.

We like the fact that the property is located slightly away from the centre of Nice. Good transport links to the city centre and airport. Short uphill walk from the tram station. Nice walk to the city centre. Spacious rooms. Regine the host looked after us well. Nothing

My host communication was exceptional. The courtyard breakfast was outstanding and lovely to wake up to. I very much enjoyed returning to my room after exploring the city. The hotel is very close to everything so super easy to get around.
