Coffee available, super friendly staff While not familiar with Nice pricing, 300 euros a night felt expensive for the room. TV was not a smart tv, so you couldn’t watch apps.
-
Very friendly staff and nice vibes to sit and have a coffee or cocktail. Everything was good except the A/C unit was a tad confusing.

price a bit high for what you re getting

The location was great! It was extremely clean and well decorated with a true vacation vibe! Staff was great! We opted for the breakfast and there was a large variety to choose from! There was construction happening in the store next to the property making it hard to be dropped off, but that won't be permanent so don't let it stop your reservation!

The hotel did look like it was showing wear and tear in a few places. Also the lift was broken.

Location, very close to many restaurants Construction work, even on Sundays. More like AirBnB than a hotel

An absolute delight..we experienced the warmth and hospitality of the wonderful folks at the Hotel from our first interaction - they made sure our stay was not only comfortable but also HAPPY...and I believe that CULTURE of the Group...since this was a start of our trip, the experience went a long way to making our rest of the holidays a very memorable one. Special thanks to YASMINE and ELEONORA for making sure we had no issues at all...All I can say is, every time I am in NICE, this is the place I will put up at !! There is nothing which I felt was not up to the standards

Very convenient location and good breakfast The cleaning staff took some change I left in the room and a tramcard. Ok, I should not have left it out in the open but still..

It’s all about the location that is the big plus of this hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bed was not really comfortable and the plates at breakfast were not properly washed

The hotel is in the perfect location, the room was small and charming, renovated but already with some mold spots, but still, well-maintained. Every single person in the hotel is helpful and polite, breakfast was more than ok/not really 4-star hotel options, but tasty/. The coffee machine in the room worked well. The first thought, when you book a hotel, is to have a good place to sleep, and that’s not what we got there. The bed mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable, asked the next morning for the mattress topper, got an extra one/ the second one/ on the last night of stay, and they also offered us to change the room, but it was pointless to change the room on the last night of stay. I truly hope that the owner and the hotel manager will stay for the night in room 216 and enjoy the comfort they offer!

Perfect location, in the very center. Liked the breakfast. My room was comfortable

Its close to the Beach and shopping center but the location of the hotel I dont know how to describe it, it doesn't feel safe. I hated everything about this hotel, It smelled bad. the food was horrible they didn't even have bread for breakfast. Flying bugs were everywhere in the dining room and over the food, it was super dirty other people hair was everywhere yuck, Some of the staff were not friendly at all, It was super cramped. and the on top of that it was expensive. And just an FYI those pics on the site are super enhanced it looks nothing like that these pics are super deceiving. I felt unsafe in there.

Location, Comfort

We really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — very central, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The main train station is also within walking distance (around 15 minutes), which made trips to Monaco and Cannes very convenient. The staff were exceptional — extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options and everything you’d typically want to start your day. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended! We stayed in a room for three people — it was a bit small for us, but still comfortable overall.

Clean and nice staff There was no iron in the room but when we asked they brought it to our room.

Nice layout in lobby with pool table and foosball. Comfy bed, good shower. We were in a tiny room because it cost half what most of the other ones were and we wanted to be close to my cousins, whom we were visiting. Staff could not have been more accommodating. Most spoke excellent English to our poor attempts at French lapsing into Italian because that's where we'd been for 3 weeks.
