Comfortable room with large window overlooking a courtyard. Very attentive/accomodating staff. Secure bag storage next to reservation desk. Hotel is covieniently located: walking distance, with luggage, from Nice Ville Train, and an easy walk to the beautiful beach and Old Nice.

Great location, helpful staff, clean room The shower in my room was very open with no shower curtain and water spilled out on to the floor. Also the lighting in the shower room was an interesting set of blue lights which meant the shower room itself was incredibly dark.

The location is close to the city center as well as the Nice Ville Train station on foot about 10 minutes. The room is spacious and housekeeping did cleaning everyday. I was checked in earlier than the scheduled regular check in time .It was a nice gesture . A/C was inoperative . The bathtub area needs a shower curtain .After every shower , the bathroom floor instantly gets wet and there is no drainage on the floor . It causes hazardous and risky environment in the bathroom . Two out of three plugs in the room is inoperative .

Great Central Location General room maintenance is poor. Interrupted Wi-Fi with no connection on the 2nd floor/ hot water problems/ limited customer service.

Location Even though my late arrival was pre-approved, there was no one at the property when I arrived and no one answered the phone number to call for help.
