The room was spacious The staff was non accommodating. It seemed as though we were inconveniencing them any time we asked for assistance. Just did not feel welcomed.

I loved the experience in Crisol Mozart. The hotel is located at the heart of Nice, 7 min walk to train station, 6 min walk to take thr tram to the airport and 11 mins walk to the beach. On top the front desk staff are soo kind, we didnt have an umbrella for the beach and they provided us with one. If I come back to Nice again, i will definitely stay there again

The breakfast selection was quite limited, consisting mainly of a typical French-style offering (croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, and jams) and it remained the same each day. If you’re staying for a longer period, you might want to consider going out for breakfast on some days for a bit more variety.

Cleanliness, decoration. The staff is so impressive, helpful and supportive. Welcome croissant and pain au chocolate are really nice. :) love the stay. nothing.

Conveniently located half-way between train station and beach front. Easy walking distance to tram stop; old town, and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

Location is perfect, staff is very friendly. Standart room is a bit small

only needed sth to cover the curtains because of the sun, though the hotel provides sleeping masks but am not used to it and didnt wear it

The room was a bit small for two people and the shower was a bit tight to walk in. Yet, these are not major cons and all of the positives definitely outweight the negatives.

Excellent hotel, amazing value for money. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Location was very convenient, less than 10min walk from everything.
