Well kept, easy-going

My favorite part of this hotel was the 5 min walk to the train station since we used the train multiple days for travel. Rooms were comfy and good size. There was a separation door for the bedroom to the bathroom area. A/C worked great. Was greeted with a nice welcome note on the table in our room ? Breakfast was not worth the money but it was located in a nice dining area. Elevator is tiny. One person with luggage at a time.

The room was very large in comparison to other large city hotels. The location was perfect for my plans, close to sites, public transportation, grocery stores, etc. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, yet it looked good when passing the dining room on my way out. Maybe post signs in the lobby, elevator & each floor for tourists to be respectful of others by being quiet. I had some rather noisy neighbors slamming doors & talking loudly early in the morning and late at night.

Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were wonderful. Loved the old fashioned small French elevator. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant next to hotel was very good for dinner. We would stay there again. Although rooms were spartan and furniture on balcony was poor, our stay was just fine.

Nothing , we enjoyed our stay and would certainly book this hotel again if returning to Nice.

We loved our stay here. Pierre was very very nice and extremely attentive. Pierre was our favorite!! Gave us excellent directions and recommendations for walking around the city. Explained everything about the hotel in detail making sure we were well informed. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Great location. Short walks between train station and nearby beach. Many great cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. Shower was a little awkward and we wished the tv had options to cast from our devices to ghee other options to watch from. But other than that no major complaints. Our stay was lovely

Location was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Our stay was for a Comfort Double Room. Clearly, we were in a Single Room. Room was small, A/C was not working properly, no room to put your luggage, no shelving in bathroom, room was overlooking the garbage bins, small bed, no fridge and only one chair to sit on.

The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. It was a nice size hotel( small) and the location was fantastic. It was less than 10 mins walk to the train station and about 20 minutes walk to old Nice. The flooring throughout was a bit worn which was only an aesthetic factor. Safety was not a factor.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking, but that’s a preference thing.

Easy to locate. Train station just a short walk away.

Location was great. Elevator was nice. Getting gaslighted into not having breakfast. When we checked in they said we can upgrade to have breakfast. we said Im pretty sure we already have breakfast they said no. Than the last night they said why haven't you used your breakfast and we said you told us we didn't have it. So that made us feel cheated.

Extremely nice place to stay in Nice,France

Location is great 10 min walk to a lot and 30 min walk to Old Town. 24 hour attendant is great. I got free breakfast from booking and when I checked in they tried to upsell me on breakfast then last day they said I never used the breakfast and then tried to gaslight me and saying they never told me I didn't have breakfast even though there was 4 people all in my party there saying yea you did say we didn't have breakfast. I also heard from other people I didn't miss out on the breakfast and it wasn't worth the money. The add a city fee on top of the price fyi. The doors can be weird.
