Great staff and location! Comfy room…delicious croissants!

The location! It’s perfect for exploring Nice and other areas of France. I traveled solo and loved the area, very quiet and safe. The beach (Blue Beach @ Promenade des Anglais) is a 5 minute walk, the tram station (Alsace Lorraine) is a 7 minute walk and the train station (Nice Ville) is a 15 minute walk. Easy 2-3 minute walk to restaurants, bakeries, fruit market and grocery stores. The Nice Port (ferry) is accessible by tram or Uber. You can walk to the port along the Promenade des Anglais (maybe 25-30 minute). My single room was adorable and comfortable. Pierre, the owner was great! He assisted me with my bags. No elevator or lift but stairs are manageable. The French croissant was a nice treat every morning. Beach towel provided upon request. No buffet breakfast. Breakfast available by special order. No dining area or courtyard to eat takeout meals. Mosquitoes were a problem for me.

My room was larger than I expected, with a unique layout that gave it a lot of character while still feeling comfortable and functional. The hotel itself has a charming atmosphere, and the location was excellent—convenient for exploring the area while still offering a relaxing place to unwind. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost during my travels, and Pierre went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. He was incredibly responsive, supportive, and proactive during a stressful situation, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put in to assist me. Between the spacious room, the great location, and the outstanding hospitality from Pierre and the entire team, my stay was memorable for all the right reasons. I would gladly stay at Arome again and highly recommend it to others.

Very close to the promenade and super central location. Host was incredibly welcoming and even gave croissants for breakfast :)

The location There was only a small window in my room that faced a wall.

Bedroom is clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Welcoming and friendly staff. A coffee machine and a kettle are provided, plus you get a tasty croissant in the morning! Easy to reach from Nice train station. Everything was perfect! If I were to be nitpicky, I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine... and there were no teabags provided with the kettle.

Everything - from the location close to to the beach as well as the city centre to the hospitality of the owners. The property does not have an elevator; however, this was clearly communicated by the owners in advance.

The staff were very helpful in giving me tips for things to do around the area, what beaches and restaurants they recommended and just open to answering to any questions I had overall during my stay. The location was perfect - right around the corner from the beach and a ~15 minutes walk from the train station. Other hotels I had looked at before I found this one were almost double in price so it was a great deal with even better service <3 I had no issues, and overall liked everything from the services, to the location, to the rooms. I am very petite so the room size didn't bother me at all but maybe the shower size for example may be difficult for someone who is very tall. But again, for the location, great service & staff, and clean rooms - I think this hotel is definitely worth it.

The rooms are very chic, comfortable and clean. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my room change request and make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The lady staff was lovely! She even brought my back to the 4th floor. Room was very clean and all functional plus I love they use Rituals!

Location in front of the promenade. Nearby to the shopping market. In front of the bus station and tram station. Quiet areas. Spaces in the room.

Location and clean hotel

Room was a little on the small side and the air conditioner was not as cool as we would have liked. But overall good value for the cost.

Room is very small. Breakfast has to be ordered by 3 pm previous day, difficult when you arrive at 9 pm..No restaurant on premises, no minibar. Could hear TVs and people talking in nearby rooms at 11 pm.

When I arrived I was told the room wouldn't be ready until an hour after what was listed on booking.com. Not too big of an issue but annoying nonetheless. The room is tiny, however that is expected for the price and was accurately described when booking. Wouldn't stay for longer than 2 nights given the size.

Such a cute place in s great location. Easy to walk from train station and anywhere you need to go. The staff was so helpful even though we don’t speak the same language. They offer this place from their hearts…you can tell ? and a beautiful croissant left in the morning such s nice gesture. Highly recommend ?
