Hotel Aparthotel AMMI Vieux Nice

The location and the staff. There was no lobby, no common area. The towels were hard. The pillows and the bed were OK and there was no small free toilet toiletries. The TV needed to be replaced and there weren’t any outlets or places to charge your phone by the nightstand.

Great location, loved the bathroom decor, staff were so nice and polite especially Jacqueline, felt secure, and great amenities such as kitchenette and safe There was nothing I didn’t like

Jacquelyn was so welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and a bottle to refill with filtered water located in the lobby. We would absolutely stay here again. There were steps to get up to the rooms but Jacquelyn was there to assist and it was no problem.

The location was amazing! We were located very conveniently nearby the subway, the light rail, multiple pharmacies, and a grocery store. All of these made our stay and travels even more convenient! The staff are so kind and friendly. We arrived very early, so the staff were able to hold onto our luggage and we were also able to check in a little earlier than the 3pm time which was very convenient. We had an issue with our AC unit fan not working the first night and they not only resolved the issue within the day, but also were very polite and helpful! We picked this hotel specifically because of the kitchenette. The setup was minimal but had everything we hoped to use, including a microwave, electric stove, large mini fridge, and plenty of kitchenware. This was helpful for leftovers and making the most of the farmer’s market at Cours Saleya. The pillows were not standard rectangular sleeping pillows, they were smaller and square shaped which made them a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Location 1- no internet 2- crib for infants less than 1 year was for an extra fee. 3- city tax as not included in the over all price here in booking No internet through the entire stay. Couldn’t get hold of the staff as they were not present in the evening hours. On check out a man explained the internet has been off for a week and they would provide guests a a free of charge internet package but they forgot to give it to us. I was asked to pay extra 10 euro for infant crib. I had a 9 months old baby with me. I have never paid extra fee for crib for less than 3 years old baby, when I communicated this to staff they mentioned because I made my booking through booking website I must be charged extra and if I made it through the website of their hotel it would have been free.

Great location, super helpful front desk workers! They even booked dinner table for us who don’t speak Italian

AMMI Vieux Nice met all my expectations for a stay in Nice with my family. The staff was amazing and very helpful in assisting us with our needs. Definitely would stay again.

Location is great! Close to the bus and cable train stops and everything Room is a bit small.

We loved how the windows were so thick, you couldn’t hear the tram or traffic at all! Nothing!

Great little hotel right in the middle of Nice The only draw back was the stairs to get up to the lobby. As an older woman with a heavy suitcase it was a struggle

Service also good. The temperature in the room was very hot. Also the window didnt close properly and there were many sounds from the street during the night

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly!

Room was extremely clean, air conditioner worked excellent, as it was very warm out, and we were incredibly comfortable in the chilled room under the nice comforter. Room was very well stocked, including the small kitchen. Having drinking water available to fill our bottles was an excellent amenity. Room was good size and had some shelves for storage. Staff was present when we arrived and easy to reach via text if not on site. I really have no complaints.

great location right between the tram line and old town. clean and spacious rooms with full kitchens, AC, lovely decor. staff was so lovely and communicative. also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in!!! no complaints, will definitely book again!

Lucile from the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The apartment has great location and has everything you need for your stay. I definitely recommend it.
