Loved the tranquility and the decor, an oasis in a bustling area. The breakfast was mediocre for the price and overall experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing, great services, great food

This hotel was absolutely magical !!!! I would return even twenty times over. Every detail, from the artistic touches to the warm, intimate atmosphere, exudes elegance and sophistication. The staff and people there are incredibly kind and welcoming. A truly unforgettable experience. It was my first time in nice so the hotel made it 100% better ? Nothing!

I was surprised and disappointed that the hotel doesn't offer any meat/beef options for the dining. This would take the hotel to perfection in my opinion.

Beautiful venue, spa and staff. The rooms are beautiful,. incredible attention to details. You do feel like a getaway lm the middle of nice. Beautiful location, walking around old town. The room is comfortable, the bed and all facilities. Beautiful farm and food. My only issue was the service by the pool. There are no beds directly to the pool and almost no service. Wait for so long to order and no one came.

It was so beautiful! An old monastery very well taken care of. The land is huge and so charming! There was a cute little garden growing tomatoes and lettuce. Nothing! It was perfect.

Great location in the old town, comfortable rooms, check-in and out seamless. Pool facilities also excellent. Restaurant Service a bit slow and meal prices outpaced the quality.

The staff was exceptional. The property was beautiful, and special. The breakfast was superb. They took care of our little dog all day when we had to go to the emergency room. He had a wonderful time. No TV was great. Everything ws very clean and the bed and the bed linens were good quality. Room service was amazing. I did I would suggest that they put a fruit bowl in the room for our arrival, and a welcome note. Many hotels in this category do this and it is very nice. Also, only the suites have bathtubs.

Amazing location, beautiful and peaceful setting, great atmosphere Hard to get taxi pickup/drop off

The location is great and right at the top of Old Town Nice with tons of restaurants and bars within a block walk. Also easy walk to the market and the water. The convent courtyard is a nice sanctuary and the outdoor pool has an amazing view. The Roman baths are also peaceful and luxurious. I also had a spa treatment with Clarice, who was great. The rest of the staff were lovely and tried their best to provide great service. You cannot drive your car into Old Town without waiting for the staff to come get at the barricade which is almost on a train track. There are also a lot of stairs to get to certain guest rooms and to the outdoor pool. The showers leaked in a brand new wing of the building and my balcony that cost a lot extra looked at the guest room window in the convent part of the hotel. The hotel is still working out a lot of kinks for the very high price they are charging. 5 star price but not a 5 star hotel.

The architecture and quality is incredible! Nothing - absolutely incredible!

The breakfast is the only aspect of our wonderful stay that could have been better. A more generous selection of food items is expected from a luxury hotel. Breakfast.
