I liked the convenience of the gym and some of the staff members. Some receptionists were rude. The area behind the hotel seems dangerous. The parking garage seems a little creepy, very small and hard to get out of.

I liked how close it is to the airport I didn’t like that I got bit by bed bugs

Location About everything else. From the check in to the technical problem with the doors to the hot, stuffy room that I couldn’t adjust the temperature in, to the cheap, poorly dressed beds to the lack of extra blankets and just enough towels (2) to get us through the night. There less than 12 hours

The location was great Their pillows were so hard. And we only had two maid services for 12 days. It was hard to get towels and toilet paper. The food service person was rude.

Breakfast was wonderful!! The eggs, and some more food for vegetarians :-)

This hotel is great value for money. The room was large and the facilities were excellent. The pool was small but perfect for my family. The breakfast wasn't great.

The highlight of my 2-night stay was the incredible runway view from my room. As an aviation fan, it was a dream to watch aircraft right from the comfort of my bed like aircraft spotting from a private lounge! ​A special thank you to Lyvie at the front desk. She was so welcoming, kind, and truly amazing, making the check-in process a breeze. ​The hotel has a fantastic rooftop area and a nice pool. ​ It’s very well-connected with bus and tram stops nearby, making it an easy 20-minute trip to the city center or the beach. It wasn’t a major issue, but I found the mattress and the square pillows to be not very comfortable.

I did have great bathtub in the room

I could make my own orange juice by pressing oranges, it was great and pancakes was good

Good Location and the apartment we got is spacious. Kitchen is good for simple stuff. Near to airport but one should take tram to reach here however its pretty practical. Sea view from our room Rooms are stinky and Mattress is worst

Next to the airport The air conditioner is too hot

Very close to the airport, but not close enough to walk if you have luggage.

The hotel is close to the airport and the staff is very nice. The room was spacious. Breakfast is ok. The hotel is ok but it is not a 4 star hotel. The surroundings of the hotel can be weird at night. The view from the room was to an alley with garbage and the water pressure is really low to the point where I struggled to get the shampoo out of my hair. The outdoor pool is really small. The breakfast is ok but does not have fruit and more healthy options.

Spacious apartments, the pools are amazing. Nice 24h service, tram close by. It was easy to stream Netflix or other streaming services on the TV. Amazing air conditioning. Our apartment had some plumbing issues, the shower and kitchen kept overflowing. It was also a bit uncomfortable that we had to leave the keycard in the electrical slot for the dishwasher to work, so we couldn't switch it on after breakfast if we were planning on leaving that day. A bit further out from the centre and the beach, we used the tram or bus to get anywhere.

Room had a “kitchenette” type situation which included a microwave, sink and counter, when asking front desk if we’d be able to borrow some cutlery or if they had any paper cutlery even a spoon etc as we had food to put in the microwave as there was no cutlery (there was cupboards), staff rudely told us no and that it wasn’t an actual kitchen and that we couldn’t be provided with that, after paying a 150 euro security fee i’d expect to at least be able to borrow some cutlery for one day.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and pristine environment. Washer and dryer were not working. Staff was aware of dryer issues but washer would not work and may have charged as if it did. Door knobs were loose and a shelf in the first closet was loose and kept falling.

Great location for a late night flight. Just the room was great but had a smell. Carpets need a deep clean in the room.
