Très bon séjour ! La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible si besoin. L’ambiance était agréable et tout s’est très bien passé. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter !

The bed were very small

Room was very small and basic, staff was not very helpful. They wanted a $10 deposit for an xtra pillow.
-
Convenient location for an airport layover with 24hr available amenities that made getting a meal at a late hour possible. Also a very comfortable bed The lobby was quite busy and disorganized during check out time due to full busses
-
sink too slow to drain, stinky room, walls not well maintained
-
We liked the helpful staff, the room layout (minimalist) The area around the hotel is a bit rough with homelessness as a real issue. It isn’t the fault of the hotel but is noteworthy. We were not accosted or harassed by panhandlers but the area is in transition

good service NA

Close enough to Saint-Augustin train station and airport, but it’s still a bit of a hike if you have a lot of luggage. Basic rooms, they do the job. No complaints. The team and busses at Parc Phoenix are across the street, so that is very handy.

The hotel is overall worth it, located near the airport and train station. It was relatively clean and comfortable. I tend to believe is a good offer for the money. The room was quite small for two people, as was the bathroom. Not many facilities are included.

We stayed at B&B HOTEL Nice Aéroport Arenas for 1 night and it was a great choice for arrivals. The location is perfect: just one tram stop away from the airport. A huge plus is that this specific ride to the "Grand Arenas" stop is officially free. Once there, you can buy a transport card at the ticket machine and load it with the rides you need. It’s super convenient for groups because you can use one card for multiple people — just validate it the required number of times for each passenger. The tram line is fantastic — it takes you straight to the Promenade des Anglais and ends at the Port of Nice. From there, you can catch tourist boats or take a lovely walk back along the Promenade through the hill and the Old Town. The price for the hotel was very reasonable, solid 4 out of 5 for overall quality. The rooms are on the smaller side but neat, and ours had a second bed which is great for a third traveler. Upon check-in, the staff convinced us to opt for the breakfast (€15 per person), and we didn't regret it. While it was nothing fancy, it had all the essentials, good coffee, and considering local prices, it’s a very fair deal. I had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi on the first evening, though it started working fine the next morning. There are no proper grocery stores around, but that’s not really the hotel's fault. You can buy water and snacks at the reception in a pinch, but at typical tourist prices — nothing personal, just business.

We did not have the breakfast. The room was very small, but was adequate. Very close to the train and freeway entrance but it was very quiet with the window closed. The lobby was up a flight of stairs and staff was very helpful. They do not offer airport shuttle, but you can take the tram to terminal 2 for free, after a several hundred meter walk. The area seemed a little sketchy at first, but it was fine. It was about a mile walk to the ocean front.

Decent rooms, comfy beds. The main advantage is closeness to the airport
