Location was very good. The ability to store luggage was very helpful. Good value

Location, cleanliness, responsiveness of the staff, convenience, security Nothing. Of course it is a little impersonal, but very efficient.

Location to the beach was great. Very clean and renovated. Staff responded promptly to any inquiries. Very easy access to the building and room. The beds and pillows were terrible. Very nosy we could hear every time someone came in or left the building. Way too small for 4 adults.

This hotel offers great cost performance. While the room is on the smaller side, it is incredibly clean, well-designed, and has absolutely everything I needed. It looks exactly like the pictures online! The location is also fantastic. Perfect for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank.

Near the beach, train station :) and cozy.

Good location, new and close to downtown and beach. Easy in and out. I particularly don’t like beds too close to the wall, but that is me. Place is new and fresh.

Great, quiet location, easily walkable from both the station and the beach and town centre. Comfortable room with efficient air con and modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and adequate space. Great value for money. Loved the shared kitchen area where we could prepare simple meals. I don’t think there was a view from the bedroom, but we didn’t open the shutters, to be honest.

Good space, good location, and staff were responsive. Only negatives were housecleaning was only every third day and walls were a little thin. Also no view from our apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Centrum Nice, the room was very clean, small, but with convenient shelves for storage and a mini fridge, and the bathroom was modern and clean, with necessary items. The location is fantastic, only a short walk from the beach, the train station and the main square, and the tram station for the airport and the port is maybe 2 minutes away from the hotel. Check-in was simple and convenient for late night arrival (only a code for the door is needed) and the staff replied quickly. We didn't use the communal kitchen, but it seemed very useful. The only things that could be improved are the beds and pillows, the bed is a little squeaky and the mattress and pillows thin. It didn't impact our stay much, but it's something that could be a nice improvement regarding comfort.

Really good value for the location and staffs were very nice and welcoming! The property is very new and clean as well! Not really, for the price I am very happy with the place. If more toiletries and slippers could be provided would be better but the coffee, teas and kitchen utensils provided at the common area is very nice as well! :)

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The shower area was nice and there was a shared kitchen area. The bathroom sink was a bit small, and the shower was a bit tricky to open and close the water. Also, the rooms were not super sound proof, one night i could hear someone in another room snoring.

The place was tidy, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, which made the stay very pleasant. The location is excellent - right next to tram lines and buses, with everything within walking distance. It made getting around very easy and efficient. I especially appreciated the flexibility with a later checkout and able to stay two hours after checkout- that made a real difference, as my flight was around midday. It allowed for a relaxed, hassle-free morning without worrying about luggage. There is also a common kitchen available, which was convenient for preparing meals and added to the overall comfort of staying here. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience.

The room was really small, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The owner was quite pushy — he called and messaged multiple times about paying a €30 dog fee. We had to meet him in person at the hotel to pay it and were kept waiting for about 16 minutes, which was frustrating.

I loved the location as it was easy to get in and out of but also in a quiet area of Nice.

Didn’t like that they wanted to charge to check in early and also send us a message to ask us at what time we were checking out. No place to store our bags.
