Phone numbers listed on the sheet in the main desk were disconnected so that when we had problems with no water it took an hour to get in touch with someone. cell numbers were not in service. Only because we knew people in the area were they able to get in touch with the owner to solve the problem which they took care on right away after they knew of it. Owners need to connect to What's app so that international travelers can get in touch with them easier. Not everyone has a cell phone that will work internationally.

Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect for what we needed. Access and exit from the parking was a challenge.

A modern, quiet apartment close to the center of Nicolosi, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes. Within short driving distance (less than 30 mins) to Refugio Sapienza, the starting point for exploring Mt Etna. Great value for money - very affordable for what you get. Breakfast included. Parking included. When multiple rooms are occupied, some guests may inadvertently bolt-lock the outside door. It would be useful to put a sign saying "Do not touch!".

The host was very welcoming and gave us useful information on the city and the Etna area. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the main street, the room is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and quite. There is no private parking and the street is very narrow. We did not have breakfast in the structure, probably because of low season, but a basic breakfast in a nearby café, although it was very good.

The property is very new, very clean and nice. Location is perfect very close to main road with good access to restaurants. There was also parking on the premesis which we liked alot. The host was amazing and very helpful Our stay was breakfast included but its not completely true. Every breakfast we took i had to pay money. It wasn’t fully included i had to pay part of it. also the breakfast was not on the location of the appartment but i had to go other place for breakfast which i found it a bit inconvinient.

Nice and cosy room. Surroundings are nice and quiet yet still near the centre. Jenny was very nice and helpful.

This location is spotless, so clean and comfortable. Our host was lovely. It is just down the street from the Piazza which is such an incredible spot to hang out, grab dinner or go for drinks. There are many restaurants nearby as well. No complaints!

Jenny was a great host, she was very accommodating and gave us a lot of useful information and food recommendations. The room was very clean and the whole b&b is very cozy!

Everything. The modern, clean en pratical room (Sofia) with a large balcony. The host Jenny was super friendly. The breakfast was far too much for 2 persons but it was great. Jenny thanks for your kindness and service/help. -

Wonderful hospitality from Jenny and her husband Giuseppe. Our room had a small terrace and good sized ensuite bathroom and was spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottled water, juices and biscuits were provided. There was a small fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was amazing and included home made cakes and tarts, pistachio, chocolate and custard croissants and numerous other local pastries, cheese, ham and salami, fresh fruit and lovely tea and expresso coffee. There was also onsite parking which was a bonus and local restaurant recommendations.

Breakfast is quite good, location is good for visiting the Etna, but only for this! For everything else it's too far away. Sorry, when we arrived no one was there. No one picked up the phone. We left a message but no one called back - 50 minutes later the same, 3 hours later again no one - so I wrote a message to the host and as well to booking - finally she came..... For me not acceptable :-(
