Palmyra Hotel

Central location to restaurants. There was a pool. Air Conditioning worked. Room was ready when we arrived even though it was before check in and not requested. Hotel is old school and worn. Beds were very hard. Sheets were clean and laundered but stained.

We enjoyed our stay!!! The rooms were very clean. We were like 3 families. The breakfast was good as well. One small remark is about the bagadouche; it was too small.

Very near to the center, just few minutes walk to all the restaurants. Near the beach area. The breakfast was nice and the staffs were accommodating. The room was well lit and had veranda which was really nice for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beaches in lefkada. Our room was on the 5th floor and it had stairs with few steps which we struggled because we were carrying few luggages with us. With have been nice if some of the staffs offered help ?

Near the sea, very clean and nice staff the air conditioner was right above the bed and blew on us. the room is so hot to sleep in that it is impossible not to turn on the air conditioner at night. as a result, you wake up with a runny nose

I recently had the pleasure of spending 18 days at the Palmyra Hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home! ☺️?? From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff at the Palmyra are simply lovely—always friendly and eager to help with anything you might need. But there's one person who really stood out- Marsela! She’s an absolute gem! Marsela is a bundle of energy and joy, always bubbly and chatty, and she has a real knack for making every guest feel special. Whether she’s playing with the kids or just spreading her infectious positivity, Marsela is constantly going above and beyond to keep everyone happy. The kids adore her, and it’s easy to see why! The hotel itself was great, and the food was very tasty. The pool was always sparkling clean, and we loved spending lazy afternoons by the water, soaking up the sun in such a peaceful and beautiful setting. The hotel is just a minute’s walk from a stunning beach. Marsela is always happy to bring food or drinks right to you on the beach, adding an extra touch of comfort to an already great experience. The owners were also incredibly polite and genuinely interested in ensuring every guest felt comfortable and at ease. They were always around, ready to offer a helping hand or just have a friendly chat, which made the stay feel even more personal and warm. We’re already missing everyone at the Palmyra and are planning to come back next year! ☺️☀️ With its great facilities, tasty food, and a friendly, welcoming staff this place is a real gem. If you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll feel truly cared for, Palmyra Hotel is the place! The location and the whole hotel experience. It was so personal with the most amazing staff . It was spotlessly clean and the most beautiful pool area with the trees. The food quality was excellent and the cocktail happy hour was fantastic! A special thank you to Marcella was an absolute delight, what an asset to the hotel she is . Nothing , just wished we could have stayed longer .

Some work needs to be done in the bathtoom.

This is a small hotel with a very friendly feel. The staff were always happy and smiling and couldn't do enough for you. The location is excellent with the beach and Nidri bay a 2 minute walk away, 5 minutes walk to the main town and in the foot of the mountains with stunning views. Pool area is clean and comfortable and has a pool bar meaning can get drinks and coffees and food all day. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection.we paid daily only for the days we wanted it. The hotel was always flexible and accommodating to our needs. Special mention has to go to Marcella who works there, mainly in the pool bar. She really made our holiday ! Friendly and welcoming from the very first minute and couldn't do enough for us . All in all we had a lovely holiday and would totally recommend The rooms, bathroom and balcony were quite small but it didnt detract from our holiday as we weren't in them much ! The hotel beach wasnt the biggest but there are plenty of other beaches.

Location, friendly staff, after the check out we needed the room and they give it for free for 6 hours more. We need hairdryer and they gave us. The cats around the pool and the cats around the time of the breakfast. It needs innovation.

Nathing! Hot water was missing! The water pressure was missing! The staff was not very polite! especially the girl who worked night in hotel at the bech bar by the pool! it was very negative! I was consuming something that I had taken from the street with my parents! she behaved very harshly and told us to consume it tonight and tomorrow, don't consume anything else here! We felt very disappointed by that harsh behavior! The air conditioner in the room was dripping water! I started drying it with a towel! The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor! Uncomfortable beds! Bath with mold! the balcony had only a small rope to hang the clothes! clothespins were missing! from the wind, my clothes ended up on the street near the hotel! The cleaning of the room was very rude, they not always changed the towels and sometimes they only made the bed like that! I am very disappointed by this Hotel! I do not suggest this hotel!
