Very good

Only an overnight stop but great value for money. Easy parking right outside the hotel. Staff were all helpful and welcoming. Room was fairly basic but very comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast were very good (breakfast buffet was plentiful). Would stay again. Nothing really.

Swimming pool was only redeeming feature Did NOT cater for children in any way. They viewed children as a problem. Awful.

Pool was the only good thing about hotel. They totally did not cater for children. They were made to feel as if they were not wanted. Terrible way to be. If you are not interested in children then call your hotel adult only

The rooms size is really nice and the view from my room (in level -1) was exceptional. Coming back to the hotel pool, sauna & steam after a long day of skiing is great! They give only single blankets and when asked they said it is like this only. So if you're travelling as a couple, that may be a bit of a bummer. Also rooms don't have a electric kettle and extra towels are chargeable.

The staff and owner are very friendly and very helpful. I arrived very late in the evening initially and they ensured check in was easy as well as offering me food even though the evening meal had finished. The cleaning staff also did a very good job. There is a ski room and boot locker underneath the hotel, as well as a sauna. As the ski lifts were open you can ski from anywhere in the Niederau area to the door of the hotel. Breakfast didn't start until 8am. As the lifts open at 8:30 am if you are an early morning skier, or you want to get to other areas of the SkiJewel by bus, you need to set off early, so the late start for breakfast didn't help.

The best about this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, the owner makes sure everyone is looked after. Great location. Big room, comfortable, clean. Pool, sauna, steam fantastic after day skiing. Close to several ski resorts, some slopes directly opposite. Good food served at dinner with choice of main. We had great time and will likely come back again. all was good

We had a nice room, clean bathroom, a fridge and a nice balcony. Diner was oke and staff was friendly. Small ski area, skibus and parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast (till 9u30) was terrible. The eggs had no taste, not enough bread for all the guests, bad coffee, no fresh fruit, cereals were stale and not crispy. Every morning the same toppings. There was a building site next to the hotel, so at 7hr already awake by the noise. The bed for our daughter was not made up when we arrived. As it was a sofa-bed for one person it was not so comfortable. Hotel could use a modernization, some parts were old and outdated.

The room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space. It had a good shower and nice balcony. Also had a fridge and safe. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. Nothing cooked except scrambled or boiled eggs. Dinner was limited on choice. Same salad every night. Just the one soup and one desert every night. Take it or leave it. Choice of 3 mains, which were fine. The staff were miserable and only spoke if spoken to.
