Staff and the room and spa pool
-
The room was very spacious and had a sitting area. The Alpine ambiance was wonderful and the hotel was definitely a 4* accommodation. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful with local attractions. We had great lighting in our room, which gave it a warm and vibrant feeling They had life music the night we were there. Breakfast was good, except the eggs were a little runny, which I run into occasionally. It may be a traditional, cultural thing.

We stayed in the apartments, which are brand new and absolutely stunning, very comfortable with amazing views of the mountain.

Hotel very good all round Too far to carry skis to the lifts

Great hotel, breakfast and dinner where good. Adult only spa was amazing and highlight of stay, it felt so luxurious. (it is naked only in main one). There is a separate sauna beside pool if you wish to wear togs. It was perfect but for one incident with poor allergen management at dinner that was corrected when questioned.

LARGE SPACIOUS ROOM, EXCELLENT DINNER AND BREAKFAST, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF, AND OWNER. NOTHING AT ALL. WE LIKED EVERYTHING AT THE FACILITY.

The new Sauna Area is large and luxurious. Location is perfect to walk around even in the snow. Mattress and pillows could have been better.

Nice room. Food was good - impressed that the kitchen could turn out so many covers in a timely manner. Hotel was a bit tired. Felt more like a 3 star hotel.

Always stay here to ski. Half board option is definitely worth it and the food is very good. Rooms are huge and bathrooms too. Always clean and tidy. Nice bar area for after dinner.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The manager of hotel -Emily- was very friendly and willing to assist to the guests. The rooms are very large and comfortable Some part of hotel might need to be renovated.

Excelent food.

The hospitality from the staff was exceptional, the best we have seen in a very long time. There were so many thoughtful touches from the housekeeping staff that made our stay that much more comfortable. We picked the dinner and breakfast package, which was spot on, and the restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere. We even made some new friends with those that we were sat next to. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
