The best hotel we have been in Greece. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast was super rich in veriaety. The pool is amazing and most of all are the hotel employees. Every single one of them. Thank you for making our 3 nights there so joyful. Ali, thanks for your help . ❤️

The property was very clean. Minimal mosquitoes. Staff very kind and apologetic when we had several days with air conditioning malfunctioning and pool issue. The spa needs capable technicians that know how to give proper therapies. My exfoliation was a rub down and never given a chance to shower afterwards. The tech clearly lacked experience in this area.

The service mindset is excellent, and both the hotel facilities and the rooms are of a high standard. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the pleasant pools, and the abundance of seating areas. Everything was 100%! Nothing

The pools are too small and the bar is very expensive.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were so nice and welcoming. It was really a good decision to spend our vacation at such a lovely place. I will definitely will come again.

Plenty of choice that catered for dairy and gluten free, low fat options. Staff accommodating to preference for timing of eggs to be cooked if wanted more hard boiled or to use less oil in fried options. Lovely location overlooking the pool, and staff were friendly and very helpful, speaking good English. I usually can not bear for music to be played around the pool, but the playlist was soothing and not too loud making it tolerable. Rooms were spotless and a good size with modern showers and electric blinds. As well as a good size fridge and bottled water provided. There was nothing I could fault.

Crystal Waters was such a lovely spot for our group’s first night in Greece! The staff met us right off the shuttle with welcome smiles and whisked our luggage away while offering a refreshening welcome drink. That we didn’t have more time to spend there!

This is wonderful hotel with great pools and great rooms (big with a balcony). the staff was amazing and helped me with everything i needed. Breakfast can be better but its vey nice, not enough veriaty, no milk alternatives. Rooms can be a bit cleaner and more equipped (not anough light, no small pampers)

Great resort. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. We booked a 2 bedroom villa which was very spacious and each bedroom had its own ensuite. It also had ample parking. We were sad to leave. Everything was perfect. But if I had to say anything negative it would be that it didn't have beach access. This didn't worry us though.. as the nearest beach was only a few minutes walk or we could drive anywhere we wanted

I liked the spacious rooms after I asked to be upgraded . Clean all around resort . Adults this time of year ..so very quiet . Buffet breakfast had a variety of food choices . There were 2 pools but you had to get there early because the lounge chairs fill up fast and other guests usually stay by the pool all day Too many mosquitoes in the rooms . Was bitten all over despite the plug ins that were provided . Also , for such I nice resort I recommended that they put in disability parking which they are lacking . Lots of stairs and steep hills !around the resort

Exceptional

Lovely surrounding - in walking distance to the little town with some supermarkets & taverns. We had a quite nice room - in the upper area - which was quiet. But around the pool it would have been very loud (music). Breakfast area - much too busy & too small for the amount of people to be served there. It was a huzzle in the morning to get some food from the buffet - which was. Ok‘ish
