The smell was absolutely terrible. It was so strong that it smelled like insecticide or poison used to kill insects. It was disgusting. The three of us looked at each other and immediately agreed that there was no way we were staying there that night. Pretty location, walked to a beach, beautiful view! Pool area is rather small and there aren’t many places to sit and have shade.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location with nice sunrise views. Good greek-style breakfast. Many bugs indoors due to the lack of insect screens on the windows. The place needs more maintenance (eg rust and peeling-off paint on balcony railings). The airconditions are very old. The front desk needs some training on how to interact with the customers in a formal and polite way, and the management should have given them an algorithm of how to resolve common complains without the need of higher level approval (which creates friction and wastes time). Some of the rooms are advertised as "sea view" when they actually have "partial sea view" at best.

Our room was challenging because of so many stairs and a strange configuration due to the tower style. At the same time, it was a unique experience so I also liked it...mixed review I guess. :-)

The concept of the hotel is phenomenal! The rooms are great, big, clean and modern. The toilet was really clean and the staff was keeping the room clean every day. This is another highlight of the hotel, the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend booking a room with a sea view since I think it’s worth it, we didn’t have it, but next time we are booking a sea view room for sure. The breakfast was a little disappointing, not bad, but it has room for improvement.

The staff was very nice It was nothing like the photos, the room was very bad there was no balcony like it showed on the photos it was a very small room, we couldn’t even open the windows because the view was the people eating in the restaurant. We reserved the sea view we got the restaurant view. Breakfast was the same in our whole stay not very tasty. The water was really bad. The bathroom door would lock itself so if you have claustrophobia stay away. Every furniture was old. There was no place to dry the clothes we would wash by hand because we went to the beach and we had to keep the clothes wet on bags. The price was really high from what it offers.

The view and location is amazing specially with gorgeous view facing the cruise ships. The property is located around the 5 star hotels in the island. Conveniently accessible to city of Ndiri for shopping and water sports. Staff are so helpful and cooperative The priority needs major renovations and upgrade. The bathrooms, curtains, furnitures, sheets and towels need to be replaced with new ones. The swimming pool is nice and clean but the furnishings and all other things so worn out. The bathroom and changing rooms behind the bar needs to be redone. Considering advance planning if you are targeting Lefkada in order to get the best financially and to please your stay

We loved our room!! It was very spacious, clean and cozy. We had a beautiful balcony and we felt very special. Our view was amaaaazing!!! Breakfast food was delicious, the pool is on a cliff, just like the hotel and it had an amazing view. Staff was very kind and friendly, always smiling and polite. We had a great vacation! Highly recommend this hotel! We loved our room, but I would suggest them to upgrade their tvs (since they don’t have smart tvs, only Greek channels available) and their air conditioning units. Restaurant food was ok, but overpriced. Small menu, no children options. Parking limited. You have to drive to the beach. The hotel is on a cliff so you have to drive everywhere. They don’t have sidewalks, so in Nikiana you have to drive and pay parking.

Great place for a vacation! Friendly and helpful staff, good room size with all the necessary features, clean and discreet, great view from the pool and restaurant areas, good food, and enough parking space for all the clients.

The staff was very friendly , rooms are clean and spacious, close to supermarket, we will stay here again The pool is very deep 3 m, there is a shallow part but if you have kids they need to wear swimming gear
