Amazing. I think we got an upgrade to the grand suite, which was new, big, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are very convenient. Everyone is very nice, the location is great. The beach is not big, but we had a car and explored the surroundings. Loved it, I just regret leaving the place. On our way to the restaurant/parking, near the reception and toilets, there is a bad smell sometimes + the AC external units, it is just bad. The hotel should do something about it as you need to go through that passage often.

The proximity to the beach is fantastic, and the little tunnel adds to the experience for sure. Early morning swims offer plenty of room on the chairs, but the sea is so calm and pleasant that you can't stop swimming. The buffet quality was okay, and super convenient after swimming all morning and all evening. For a 5-star hotel, I would expect a booking in the hotel section of the complex. The spa access is to be included. At least add the access for a fee at the time of booking. Also, it was unclear which pools you have access to and how. We ended up not going to the pool, though, since the ocean was so close. But we would have gone during the hot hours if it were an option. Our welcome sheet indicated a buffet option for lunch, but this was not the case. So for lunch, there is only the restaurant option, which is nice, but that part was confusing too.

As mentioned in other comments, the beach is small and you have to wake up early to get beach chairs.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

The hotel is beautiful, spotless clean, the staff is outstanding, extremely courteous, and professional. We were there in a heat wave and we highly appreciated the fact that there were so many trees in the resort, they provided a sense of freshness in the heat. The hotel is great for families with kids. The play areas are well maintained and clean. The pool is just fantastic. The main buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food and their on site restaurant has local Greek dishes. We recommend highly this hotel and we look forward to going back. There is a very small beach area and even though the hotel has put up a sign saying that guest should not reserve their sunbeds, people still do and no one is there to monitor whether there is an abuse. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service to their sister hotel, where guests can enjoy a much bigger beach area. On the two days out of 6, when we managed to get sunbeds on our beach we noticed no one cleans the little side tables, so this is unpleasant, especially when the rest of the resort is spotless clean, however, it large scheme of things, it is just a small nuisance. We had a truly fantastic vacation.

Acrotel Athena Pallas has many features to speak for it: the location, the facilities, the rooms. However, in my opinion, what makes it really outstanding are the people, the efficient and friendly hotel's staff at all levels.I am grateful to them for a most pleasurable stay. 1.Lack of a shower door. 2. The " natural" juice and the filter coffee served at breakfast.

Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. The staff deserves special recognition – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist or offer advice whenever needed. Although the property is quite spacious, it still manages to maintain a strong sense of privacy and intimacy – peaceful, quiet, and with a cozy atmosphere that allows for true relaxation. The rooms are very well-kept, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. more greek food on breakfast

Rooms was very clean and staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. The view is spectacular and the beach is just across the road. The SPA and indoor pool was with extra charge. No problem for that, but I would like to be informed about that at the process of booking. Taking into consideration that the weather on April is not supposed to be good, it was very important for me and my family to use the indoor pool and SPA. Furthermore, the SPA and indoor pool are not allowed for the children under 16. I was not informed for this too.

It is separated in many buildings, nice swimming pool outdoor with heated water, which in this period make difference a lot. Good breakfast , good alla cart restoran Lemoni. Large Suits and clean. SPA i have use not at all good Massage 1-10 rating is 5, and price is for 10

Exceptional

Hotel is beautiful. It's well maintained, rooms are great. It might not be the cheapest in the area but we'll worth it. Top breakfast also. The bed situation at the pool is mentioned in other posts. There are not a lot but we were there in September,no issues for us.
