Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel & Spa

Everything at this hotel is high level. Location, services, the food, the beach... staff makes you feel like you are part of a big family. I was first time this year and for sure is not going to be the last time, even if I have to cross an ocean to be here. Great job all!!! I didn't like that I only stayed a week here

Amazing hotel, very beautiful location. There is a pool which we did not try, however the sea is right in front of the hotel and it is amazing! The breakfast was rich, with good options. We also tried the spa which is a great experience. We had a spa day and a massage and we would definately recommend it. Additionally the roof top restaurant is serving excellent food and the stuff was as well very friendly. Nothing in particular, the only thing that was not to our taste was the coffee. Can't really say annything else "negative".

The food was delicious, the staff was very helpful, positive and the service was fast. The beach had plenty of sunbeds, so we didn't face any issues finding space. The sea is beautiful; clean and warm. The room was very spacious and clean. I had the massage service as an extra and was very happy with the professionalism of the service from Angela. The a la carte restaurant service can be improved; it is provided in very limited hours and the menu is not very clear. A fish restaurant/tavern service would be good.

Nice location in Halkidiki( must have car to travel around or use their shuttle) Top top hospitality in every aspect, very caring staff in all facilities. Had SPA treatments, awesome private beach. Top food with great variety Room is large clean and comfortable with spacious balcony (junior suite) The staff spoiled us with cake for birthday and assisted to arrange flowers bouquet for extra charge. Theres private parking on property. There’s kettle in the room but no tea or coffee (costs 4-6 eu in the bar!!) No water or drinks at dinner- need to purchase

The food was very diverse in the evening, the breakfast buffet is large but offers the same food everyday. Not very crowded and the prices for lunch were reasonable. Also there is walking distance from another restaurant, and there is a minimarket on site. We liked that the garbage was taken out from the room 2 times a day. Very good accessibility for stroller and wheel chairs, therefore a lot of families with small kids and older people. The sand on the beach should be better cleaned, there were quite a lot of cigars. The inside pool was very cold, the outside ones were hotter than it. Also, in September the kids playground was quite deteriorated.

Great setting, service, smiling and helpful staff. All clean and well maintained. We stayed at junior suite with a pool view Practically all was great. We wondered why the seasonal fruits were missing and only tropical fruits were served for breakfast. However, this is insignificant. Some guests kept reserving the umbrellas, though clear warnings were posted on three languages. Perhaps, the staff could be more firm on that…

Disappointing

We had the most amazing stay at Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel and Spa, I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the minute we arrived, we felt so well looked after. The hotel itself is kept beautifully, the location being right on the beach is perfect and the pools were lovely also. We had our 22 month old with us and the facilities were perfect for him. The children’s pool, activities and crèche were great and it felt so safe within the resort which meant we could truly relax. The buffet was always full of tasty options, even for our little boy and the restaurant staff were so lovely and accommodating. Our room was amazing, we were upgraded to the sea view suite and it made our holiday even more special with such a great room to stay in. The one thing I would say about this hotel that makes it stand out is the staff, they were all truly EXCEPTIONAL!! I have never felt so welcome and looked after as I have here. We can’t remember everyone’s names but a shout out to Argi the Bar Manager, Florentine the Spa Manager, Sofia on Reception and the Animation team who were all absolutely wonderful. The staff clearly all care about the hotel and their jobs, and want to give guests the best possible experience. Florentine really looked after us at the Spa and made sure we had a lovely relaxing time. The only downside was we couldn’t stay for longer! ☺️ Thank you so much for having us Anthemus and hope to see you all again soon ? Nothing! It was perfect.

Great breakfast, with a lot of food, very good quality, also for toddlers. The Private Beach was very clean, we found sunbeads each day, with beach towels. We also ate dinner here in a few nights and the food was also excellent. The bed matress was not very good. There was a distance between the resort and a town, so if you are not with a car is hard.

Breakfast is very good. The hotel is crowded, but that's only felt during breakfast. The rest of the time it feels spacious. Staff were pleasant. The hotel grounds are very pretty. Transparent bathroom and shower is problematic for a room with children. The walk-in shower wasn't functioning. No coffee machine in the room, for a 5-star hotel? There is a feeling of nickel-and-diming with you having to pay for the silliest extras such as water during dinner. The prices aren't listed and when you leave the hotel you expect to pay 10-15 euros for what you took, and end up surprised with a bill of 60 euros. Cleanliness of the pool and public areas is ok but not excellent. Room service skipped our room one day.

What can I say? This place has everything. Good food, entertainment for the whole family, private beach-front access, shopping, a doctor (which we used), several pool locations and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable with great service! Would definitely recommend Anthemus.

Modern and beautiful hotel. Comfortable, big and clean room with a very nice garden view. Very close to the restaurant, beach bar, pools and the beach. Excellent and tasty food. Friendly staff. Blue sea, very clean, warm and calm water. Light and comfortable sunbeds on the beach. Blue flag certificate. The sand is nice, but not as fine as the golden sands in Bulgaria beaches. :-) This is the most nice beach with fine sand and blue sea we have visited in Greece up to now.
