There were too much insects, our room was at the end and too far. There are no close restaurants or cafes near, walking to somewhere is not possible.

Super clean, luxury resort. You really feel the luxury. Nothing

Stolen phone on the first day by guests from Kosovo, I alarmed the whole staff, but when we found the phone on Find My iPhone, we couldn’t access to the villa where the phone was located because it was not allowed. The manager gave her best, but still not satisfied with the approach, if I didn’t asked for cameras etc, and if I wasn’t on reception like 6 times they didn’t do much. Cleaning service was bad, floor not mopped, terrace not mopped, when asked for cleaning the room they clean it at 4pm, need to work on that issue.

Nothing I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay. I paid €1,600 for 3 nights specifically for a king-size bed, but I was given two single beds pushed together. This caused me severe back pain, and now I have to visit a physiotherapist every day because it has worsened my spinal deviation. I already contacted the manager, but she only saw my message and did not respond. The only thing I received was a cheap cover, which does not compensate for the discomfort and health issues I have experienced. I expected much better service for the amount I paid, and I am truly, truly disappointed.

We liked the beautiful location and the large area of the resort with several sports facilities, including a great indoor pool. We enjoyed a spacious modern room with a splendid sea view. Very good food and quality services in the two restaurants and also at the pool bar. Strict limited program of the indoor pool and part of the sports facilities being outdated. Rather long distance to the Thessaloniki Airport. High hotel prices.

We had a wonderful family stay at Ammoa Resort in Halkidiki. What really stood out to us – beyond the beautiful setting – was the amazing people. The Guest Relations team was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring, always one step ahead to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole staff, from the restaurant and housekeeping to the beach team, made us feel so welcome and comfortable every single day. There was always a smile, a helping hand, and a great attitude. We’re leaving with great memories and already talking about coming back for next year. Nothing actually, totally perfect and beyond our imagination

We had an amazing experience. The hotel upgraded our room for free to a room with a private pool. It was an amazing experience. All the pools, beach, and food were extraordinary. I'll visit again.

Lovely setting right on the beach, staff are friendly, tennis courts and spa are good. Breakfast is nice with a lot of variety. We were upgraded to a swim up pool room which was a lovely bonus. This is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 maybe 4 at a push. Even though we were upgraded, the room was basic and not clean, cobwebs on walls and ceiling. The beach was unclean, sunbeds filthy and tables that looked like they hadn't been wiped all summer. The food options were limited and expensive, €45 per person for the evening buffet plus drinks on top, the Kyma restaurant was ridiculous, €20 for fried zucchini. The mini bar in the room was stocked but again expensive, you are given 6 coffee pods throughout your stay then you have to pay. The hotel almost looked unfinished with the surrounding areas looking like wasteland. It had so much potential, but I wouldn't recommend.

Some people at the front desk could do with a bit more training in hospitality, but overall the staff at the resort is great, especially housekeeping and the breakfast crew. The resort attracts many families with very young children. This by itself is fine of course, but the problem is that the resort does not require (or does not enforce if required) that children wear bathing suits in the pools. Children with no bathing suits are quite common in this part of the world, but when it comes to shared pools there is nothing to protect the water from accidents. We had a room with a private pool which turned out to be not exactly private. It is in fact one long pool with shared water and small partitions. As soon as a family with a small child moved in next door and started spending most of their time in the pool with their child (no bathing suit), this was the end of our enjoyment of the deck and the pool. I hope that the property will review their policies and address this issue, because otherwise it is an excellent place and I would love to visit again.

“Kyma” restaurant has exceptional food Nice facilities and beach Our stay at Ammoa was sadly ruined by several unpleasant incidents when our privacy was comprised. On three separate occasions staff members entered our room without knocking and at completely random times. When we approached reception with concerns all we got in return was a cold apology. A shame as the actual venue is very pleasant and sadly our stay was tainted with such incidents. Nonetheless very concerning

Thw prices in the bar and the restorant were too high
