It was flagged beachfront. Actually it is behind a busy tavern, you barely see the sea. There is no direct beach in front.

Very good location and excellent price/quality ratio. The room was wide, with nice terrace, very clean and cozy, with equipped kitchen corner. The restaurant of the place was also 10/10.

Great little hotel in the best location. The staff was super friendly, they cleaned everyday, the amenities for the price were all we needed. The restaurant downstairs was great with a stunning ocean view. - A shower curtain would have been helpful from keeping the ground in the bathroom dry.

Julie's natural, genuine hospitality was evident at first meeting her. She introduced us to our room and explained which restaurants were open as it was early in the season and where the supermarket was located. She was very approachable and made us feel welcome; instantly we felt like we were home. All we can say is that the hospitality here is fabulous. The room was homely and the taverna was second to none for food and service. This is a family run place and has a fantastic vibe. Marina is within walking distance of everything great in Nikiti - of which there is plenty. This includes the market and the Old Town. Although a good uphill walk, the Old Town is totally rewarding, with small, quaint churches, old buildings and stunning views. We enjoyed everything about Marina and Nikiti. We didn't like leaving. We could have stayed forever!

Perfect location. Close to a beautiful beach, marina and a very friendly and compassionate landlady. Considering the value for money, everything was perfect.

Starting from warm welcoming to check out, everything was great at this place! Great location, amazing view, clean and big rooms with balcony. We would definitely stay again here. Not a big problem but showers might be improved.

The position was very convenient, next to the port and the village of Nikiti The bed was very uncomfortable and the people staying next to us were very noisy. There was a smell of mould, and inside the bathroom was not suffocated with the door closed!

Loved the location. Great view from the balcony and very close to the beach. Shops and restaurants were on the doorstep. The shower was a bit wonky, but that is the only thing I can think of!
