The location is great, just a 6-7 minute walk to both the town center and the beach. At the same time, it’s on a quiet side street, so there is no traffic noise and you can really relax. The host was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back again.

The apartment was perfectly clean, if there can be 11 out of 10 for cleanness i would rate it with 11. I have no words for the owner, she is so nice polite and welcoming.The location of the apartment is 5/10 to the beach. There is coffee, water and welcoming gifts from the apartment. The owner brought us homemade sweets on the 4/5 day, this was a pleasant surprise as well. Daily cleaning, change of towels, new amenities, in my subjective opinion the best apartment I’ve stayed in, on Chalkidiki.

Great place in Nikiti, the host is very friendly and helpful, there was even a gift from her. The apartment is cosy, new, with all needed ammenities and they do daily cleaning which is really nice considering you’re coming from the beach. It’s really worth it! The neighbours on the upoer floor could be a bit quieter…

The place was very clean and modern and the owner was polite, kind and hospitable! It is close to the center 7-8 minutes on foot, but it is on a quiet street, so we slept perfectly. I was with my husband and our baby and the owner was nice enough to provide us with a crib and a feeding chair. The place has a fully equiped small kitchen. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Theano Luxury Suites is a great location to spend your holiday in Nikiti, it has excelent as new facilities, enough space for a family and modern facilities. The owner is really friendly and she went above and beyond making our stay as good as possible she checked on us and helped with any information we needed. We had also a welcome package in the room and all in all she was a nice person. Thank you for everything.

Staff was very friendly, room as well as the rest of the premises were very clean, location was quiet yet close to the center of Nikiti, and room was well equipped. The room was exactly like the pictures, and we really enjoyed our short stay. The only problem we had was upon arrival, the host was difficult to reach as the telephone number given to us by the app was wrong. We strongly encouraged the host to update the number and we were told that it was changed that same day... Two thumbs up!

The accommodation is located relatively close to the beach. There are enough parking spaces. At the time of arrival, the rooms were prepared according to expectations. Behind the accommodation there is a playground for children as well as a very nice place to relax. The rooms are big. We had a living room, bedroom and kitchen area. Internet access and netflix on TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. It was very useful for us at breakfast. Access to the nearby supermarket is also very easy. The cleaning was done every day, the services are impeccable. From this area we visited all of Sithonia. Thanks to the host who was very kind. I recommend this accommodation unit.
