The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Managed my early check in and laundry, gave me tips about local cafe and transport. The location was very convenient. Bed and pillows were soft and the room was pretty quiet, I slept well. Endless hot water in the shower, hair drier. The room (203) was very old and humid, air conditioner smelt bad, linen didn't look clean enough, even with holes. The window led to the corridor, not outside. The shower was leaking.

The location was great. Near amenities and within a 10min walk to the rental bike shop. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They had helped arrange transport from Hanoi Airport to Ninh Bing and back. Nothing, only the transport had 2 transfers but since you're paying a third of the internet price, there is nothing to complain about.
