The property was absolutely beautiful and had one of the comfiest beds I’ve experienced yet in Vietnam. Dora was an exceptional host and goes above and beyond for his guest. They also have the absolute cutest dog, Susu, who is very sweet and friendly. I would without a doubt recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Tam Coc.

Pool was amazing amazing :) Toilets and showers could be improved.

It was a gorgeous property. Location is great, just out of the town but close to attractions like Buffalo Cave. Easy to reach town by a grab or bike. Gorgeous pond outside of property. Family was lovely, and so was the staff! Dora was amazing, provided an excellent personalized map that helped us plan our small stay in Ninh Binh. His English is fantastic and he has a great personality - he also made one of our breakfasts free one morning which was great. They have great connections to good tours which allow for you to see the best of Ninh Binh. The room was fantastic as well, huge bed! The pool is clean and well looked after, and there is a pool table for communal use upstairs. Not to mention, very cute dog and cat here as well. This stay was a highlight of our trip, we love sharing it with everyone back home. Thank you Dora! Could not find the light in the shower near the pool, and door did not lock.

The property is located in a good area of Tam Coc. Only about 10 minutes by bike to reach down town and another 10 minutes by bike to reach Trang Ang. The rooms look as pictured, and they offer a nice breakfast buffet

It was very cozy and homey. Dora was very accommodating. Maybe that it was a bit far from the other tourist spots but not that big a deal

Room was clean and provided all the accommodations for our stay. Service was exceptional: Dora handled laundry, transportation rentals, and room cleaning for us. He also was kind enough to provide recommendations on how to tour Tam Coc and Ninh Binh. Very amiable and quality service overall. Location was quiet and allowed for access to the rest of the city.

Great location and staff went out their way to help
-
Excellent location, convenient to everything, but out far enough to be peaceful.
-
Very friendly Dora helped with everything from tours to suggestions. Comfortable bed. AC worked great. Quiet. Windows did not open to outside.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Dora at the front desk had great English and was so informative about what we should do in the area. He worked really hard to make sure we had a great stay and got the most out of it. The hotel is small but very pleasant. If we return to that area we will definitely stay there again.

Dora was fantastic, great service on both adjusting our booking on arrival and organising a tour for us. Nice and quiet hotel just out of town, which was either a 5 minute ride or very short grab. Breakfast was great.

Spacious clean room with huge comfortable bed. Pool was very inviting even though the weather wasn’t great. Plenty of options for breakfast and very tasty. Dora is an absolute legend - very welcoming, friendly and helpful with arranging our tours. He’s created a map of the area with lots of great tips on what to see and do. Dora’s uncle was also very friendly, he didn’t speak any English but using translate we had a lovely evening playing pool with him while we had some drinks. Quiet, beautiful location but close enough to walk (20mins) or rent a bike to get into town. Still quite a few restaurants just a short walk away. Overall, this place is a gem and we’d love to come back. Only small issue the hot water doesn’t last very long in the shower so you’ve got to be fast.

From the moment I arrived, Dora and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Dora helped me schedule an amazing full day tour of the popular surrounding attractions and it was my favorite day in Vietnam so far. Bicycles and motorbikes were available to rent and made exploring the area very convenient and fun. On the first day, my bicycle was misplaced at a restaurant and Dora made sure it was handled without me having to worry about it at all. 10/10 service

Clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and boats for the markets. Roof top was beautiful, with a view of the riverfront.
-
Quaint, small home stay with comfortable clean accommodations. Close to town, bicycles available and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Nice to have the swimming pool. Great staff.

The location was nice, away from the busy town and the bikes available were fun to ride around the nearby rice fields. The family was nice, we had to rely on Google translate to communicate. Pool was nice and refreshing. The front door is a window and you have to use curtains for privacy so it felt like we could never have our windows exposed. It felt isolating and dressing with the large curtains every time we opened the door was a nuisance. Our bathroom was unsatisfactory. There wasn't a shower curtain and water went everywhere, ruining the wood floor boards and so there was a lot of mildew and made the bathroom feel dirty.

The staff (and I can't remember their names!) were wonderful. The location is amazing. A walk into Tam Coc was about 30 minutes, and beautiful. A couple minutes walk from the "water loop," Buffalo Cave, temples, etc. On the last day I was getting something to eat in the dining room--my bus wasn't leaving til late afternoon--and I think it was a holiday or something, but the family (extended) were all eating together and asked me to join them. They shared food and drink and it was a very nice time. The pool is nice. You can rent scooters or bikes on property. Food and drinks available 24/7. Perfect!
